If this is indeed EDWIN A. ABRAHAM ASSOC, these people took me to court and I WON so why are they still harassing me????  For those that they take to court, they hire a local attorney to represent them but never have proper information to win their case.

This is the second round of calls I have received from this organization.  They are looking to collect debts from people and keep calling my number.  I did get through to them for the first round of calls and told them to stop calling our number for someone that does not live here.  The second round of calls started approx 2 weeks after I spoke to someone at Abraham and Assoc. this time for someone different.  I attempted to call them back and 800 number they left never connected.   I'm reporting this to the FTC.

Has called for over 1 year about a Marcy who does not live here. Usually hang up at the start of the message. Last call got on the answering machine.  They will assume you are that person because you didn't press the number that you aren't the person. No actual call from a lawyer or supposed lawyer yet.

IMPORTANT: Let them take you to Court, they send a person to IMPERSONATE a Lawyer.  Make Sure they Sign in with the Court, check their Name & Title, get the Court to make--- Make  them show YOU Photo ID at the Court, Their Business Card and when they are not the Lawyer they indicate, have the Court call the Police or You call 911 and have them arrested. It's a Felony!!  Plus, conatct the PA BAR and the County Bar they are located in & File a Complaint, the BAR ASSOC has to Investigate every compalint.

This number has called my cell phone 4 times this morning and everytime I answer it, no one is there.

THESE JERKS TOOK ME TO COURT , CLAIM THEY WERE COLLECTING FOR BANK OF AMERICA.  i KNEW THIS WAS NOT MY DEBT. THEY KEPT CALLING ME WND WANTING TO SETTLE. i REFUSED. WHEN TO COURT, PROOFED IT WAS NOT ME. AND WON MY CASE. THEY HAD NOTHING TO PROVE IT WAS ME, NO CONTRACT, NOTHING. i WON AND THE JERKS ARE STILL CALLING ME. i HAVE LETTER FROM JUDGES OFFICE SAYING I WON CASE. IF THEY KEEP CALLING , I WILL BE SUEING!!!

This caller is leaving messages for a debt for Michael who is my husbannd - I called company and requested they not call- requested to remove my number- and told them i was reporting calls as hrassment. My husband is not the individual they are looking for and rep. verified this on phone.

This number ( 800-503-1665)  claiming to be a lawyer,i HAVE HAD 5 DIFFERENT GUYS CALL FROM SAME COMPANY , NONE LAWYERS, have been calling me for months ref to a credit card debt, that is not mine. it was identy thief done from the thief of my wallet while on vacation in FL . and i have police reports. they filed a thing with my local district court, But keep asking for continuences, because i am fighting them and told them to come to court prepared to proof it was me, to produce paper work (application)  with my signature on it and not internet application. They have nothing, that is why they keep calling to get me to settle, which i won't settle on something that is not mine. and the reason they keep cancelling and changing the court date.  They have nothing to proof it is me. they are just bottom feeders that brought a debt from B of A and can get no proof, but feel they can intimidate me into paying them to go away. Not happening !!  I will fight them >>

These jokers want to take me to court for a credit card debt I don't have. I have never had credit card with B of A and this is not my dedt. i have ask them to proof i signed a application, they cannot because i never did. they are bottom feeders and try to scare you into settling. i am not going to settle for something is not mine. i will fight them in court. they have no proof it is mine, because there is none. have had  3 different jokers call me. all claiming they are lawyers. TheseClowns Called Me. I Called Back and Told Them I WILL NOT Give Them ANY Information Over The Phone. His Reply Was, "OK, We'll Just Handle This Another Way. Have A Good Rest Of Your Day." Then The Idiot Hung Up. I Called Back, Another Guy Said That The Previous Guy Has An Attitude Problem. I Told Him To Tell The Other Nut That He Can Have A 'Good Rest Of His Day Also', Then Said For Them Not To Call Me Anymore. That Was Friday 7/29/2011. We Will See If A Call Comes Monday 8/01/2011. I'M WAITING FOR THEM. I HAVE A FEW THINGS TO TELL THESE 'LAW-PEOPLE' ABOUT THE LAW!

REPEPATED CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE DESPITE HAVING BEEN TOLD AS MANY TIMES THAT THE PERSON THEY ARE SEEKING DOES NOT AND HAS NEVER LIVED AT MY PHONE NUMBER.

The BEST CALL happened today.  Of course these people are nothing but bottom dwelling illegal "debt-collectors".  But they called from the Edgar Hansen & Assoc Law Firm!  Nothing if not marginally creative.  For those who aren't ardent "Deadliest Catch" fans, the name actually belongs to the younger brother of Captain Sig Hansen of the F/V Northwestern.  I checked 15 pages back on google to see if this was even remotely a good call.  Report them to the FTC.  There's a link of the FTC webpage to report illegal and bad debt collectors.

Yes I keep getting calls from a 570-955-5156 number which leaves a msg on my vm saying if this is not the person pls hang up but by not hanging up you are acknowledging you are the person, how can they tell if they are leaving a message on vm or with a live person. And then if you do answering its a machine asking you to hold are they serious?

They keep hanging up when u answer the phone. JERKS!

I too keep getting calls from it. You know if ppl want to put a recording on asking for me then I'm not fooling with them. What a crock! Let them call a machine
