I received this message too - did you go and find out what happened?

i got a text tonight (2/15/2012) from this number... 866-430-3180 it said i won an explorer so i called and  had i "won" an explorer or vacation or tv or $25,000. i just had to make more then $50,000 a year be 25 or older and be married to someone 25 or older. i had to go somewhere to sit thru a presentation and then i would be given a scratch off to use while there and i could win any of those prizes on the scratch off.... i talked to a miss mabelle.

I received the same call in North Carolina for the Grand Discovery in Asheville. "Lisa" said I won either a 2011 Ford Explorer (or 25k cash), $2500 cash, a 27" TV, or a 7 night vacation. I flat out asked her if this was a time share and she said "NO, it's a travel club." I also asked her if I have to sit thru the presentation before knowing what prize I won and she said that I would get my scratch card when I arrive and if I want to stay to claim it I will need to sit thru the presentation. I think I'll go. If nothing else, it will be fun to play with them. I only live an hour away, but I'm sure I "won" the dumb vacation with about 300 black-out dates and restrictions.

I have 2 messages on my home phone answering machine, both of the messages were left on or around Sept. 20, 2011. The first was from Bill at Prize Distribution Center, same message and gave the return number of 800-301-3436. I also got a message from Corrine at Awards Confirmation Center which said I had won one of 3 top prizes, either a Ford Explorer or cash but they didn't list the 3rd prize.  I am sure this one is fraud as well but wondered if anyone had gotten a message from this group? I live in coastal North Carolina.

yup, I'm in Tennessee also. And just got the same call from "Bill".   In this economy, when some people REALLY need but cannot afford a new car.... something really bad should happen to these people. LOSERS!

I received this call today, but wanted to try and check it out online as I do not remember any Lincoln contest..

I got the exact same call from the exact number.

Exact same phone call from "Bill" at 800-301-3436,  Prize distribution center..  while the contest is now over they are looking at my entry and Congratulations...re:  a new linc. navigator.....  call him back...blah blah blah....i've only had this new number for 4 weeks.. and they called me on 7-29-11  I'm in TN too....

Same call from 800-301-3436 same message that happened today, 8/8/2011 in Tennessee. They will probably hit the rest of the State in the next few weeks.

Same here just got a call from "Richard" from the "Prize Distribution Center" some contest - we have good new for ya - he says. Call 1-800-301-3436 - screw you and the horse you came in on.

In the message that was left on my phone was 800-301-3436..
I listened to the message, but did not call until later..
Then I decided to check internet.  Glad I did..
I will not call again..

I have recieved 2 calls from these clowns. You never get something for nothing. Theres always a catch. What happened to the do not call list that I signed up for??? How did they get my number???

october 08.. 800 504 6196 saying i won a prize and to call the distribution center and speak with michelle.. only now the caller id is blocked...

Same here.  I have caller id, and the name came up as David Johnson. His number is 708-808-3204.  Apparently this is a SCAM as I never entered any contest.

We got the same call about a contest regarding winning a Lincoln Navigator that we never entered either. It said to call Michelle at 8005046196 regarding good news, not that we won the Navigator. Scammers everywhere.

These people called me and said I'd won a Navigator..I called back to get more info was told I'd won either a tv or ford explorer...The original caller's name was Matt and I was to ask for Michelle.  Anyway..they're still scamming....

I got a call from Vicki. She said I won a Lincoln Nav. or 45,000 and said I should call 866 4880604 I called and Wendy said I was in a drawing Sunday night. I taped the call and will tape tonights call. I will turn it over for fraud.

Got a call from "Alex" telling me I had entered a contest for a Lincoln Navigator, congrats and to call 800.743.4814.  Geez - they've been giving these away for months!  How about a nice Mini Cooper or something with a smaller appetite than a Lincoln Nav!!

I just won a Lincoln Navigator! That is what the message on my machine said. As I didn't remember specifically entering this sweepstakes, I thought I would check when I came upon this website.The phone number that they left me is slightly different than those listed here. I am suppose to call Michelle Bentley 800-821-3984 -message was left by Alex with Prize Dist.

Got the same call and told to ask for Michelle. Gave my name and phone number and was told they would call me back in 5 min. Never happened so went online and discovered this. Anyone know what I should do now?  Change my home number? Now I seem to remember getting an email warning a month back warning me about this.

I also got this call today... except they knew my address, home phone number, and email address. The callers name on Caller ID was Prize Comm and the number was 773-385-9818. The person's name was Bill Brown and I was told to call back to talk to my prize rep. at 1-866-400-8561

They have been trying to give away this Lincoln Navigator for a long time. Matt called my home in South Carolina...same story....Prize Distribution Center...could have won a Lincoln Navigator...need to call Michelle at 800.504.6196---and he wished me GOOD LUCK!  Imagine that.  No I will not call them back. Now that I know the whole story, I will try an AT&T CALL BLOCK for the number.

Same deal as above, the cal was from 773 249 4300. Told me to call 866 950 8143. The message said '...we pulled your entry.' Nothing about even having won the Navigator. When calling back 773 249 4300 the voice on the recording says "This is Mad Dog. Can't come the phone right now. Leave a message."

Somehow these people are getting around the DNC list.

just received a call this morning 02-10-2009 saying i just won a lincoln navigator, and to call back 1-800-301-3436, the call orginated at 312-625-1467
he said his name was Bill, have not called back,  he alos did not mention my name .  he did say he was with price distribution and it was the grand sweeps giveway,  I think there was a grand sweeps giveaway in womans day .  but not
sure this is legit.  but will get someone to check it out.

Just checked my messages. Called back and left a message for them, "kinda curious as there is no name given, I think you called the wrong number." Interesting how people can get away with these things....caller: Jim form Price Distribution.. blah, blah, ...call back at 866.313.0311. Phone Caller ID: 10/15 7:45pm Distribution IL 708-248-7459. At least people who are researching the situation on the internet is given a heads up to individuals.
