I am talking to them, Michael, as I am typing this. He asked for my last 4 and when I said I can not give that over a recorded line, he transferred me to a lawyer...not much better. This is going to be a long drawn out fraud case it looks like

This the The Moore Law Group.  I got sued!  Wow, I just happen to have a fraction in my account at the time.  They still go not stop harrassing people!  I just stopped answering the phone and stopped reading their correspondance.  I do not have a job, therefore, they are out of luck!!

This group is not a scam.  They are a "sue happy" collections agency"!  Do not let them serve papers on you!  You do not have to answer the telephone or the door!  If you do get "served", drain all checking and savings accounts until they go away.  They will levy your accounts.  Understand in the first place that our whole monetary system is stacked against the consumer!  The federal government extracts money from you.  Then it goes to the bank.  Then the bank lends it back to you with interest.  If you can't pay, you get sued!  What a SCAM!  Wake up people!  www.thezeitgeistmovement.com

Got an semi-official EJ-150 (Notice of Levy) aka Enforcement of Judgement in my mailbox.  Seemed fishy for several reasons.  I was never served by a process server.  I like to read books and I have read the one on the way process servers operate.  First off, when you get these phone calls and letters in the mail, ask for "proof that the debt is actually yours.  Make them show you a contract that you signed.  If you get a letter in the mail that is used by the court system, immediately consider the parties on the other end to be violating federal laws.  More than likely,there will not be a return address on the outside of the letter.   You do have an option when they call, not to answer.  Stop talking to these clowns!  Unsecured debt is just that.  The banks have already been paid because they were able to write this off on their taxes as "charge offs".  If you settle with the debt collector, expect a 1099 in the mail for the difference.  Remember this, the banks never lent money to you in the first place.  Someone just gave you "credit" and you started paying interest off of the "virtual money"!!!!!!!  Get Kevin Trudeau's books on "Debt Cures" and "Free Money".  Also educate yourselves of "Project Red Pill" (google it).

This is the Moore Law group. They call with all sorts of different numbers. They keep calling and they have been told they have the wrong number. I guess their little brains don't comprehend.

I received a call from James Gibson at 18005062652 on 2-21-08 we discussed the correct spelling of my name and when he asked for the last 4 digits of my SS# i told him to f*** off.  Thats when I googled the # and here I am.  Good Luck to you.

A guy named Jason called my home on Veterans Day and told my wife we owed Bank of America $2,724.00 but they would accept payment of 80% to clear the debt to avoid a lawsuit. Then he called me at work, verified the last 4 digits of my SSN and listed off addresses where I had lived. Most of them were false. I've lived in the same place for 20 years now. We pay our bills. Bank of America has no outstanding balance on any card I've ever had with them. I work for a major insurance carrier in Oregon & I sit right next to the Collection Staff. These guys aren't getting a cent from me ever.

Just curious if they stopped calling you? I am about to do the same thing as yourself

I've received several calls from a name Adriana with The Moore Law Group to call back 800-506-2652 ext. 142. I've called them back and left messages to not call me again.

The caller stated he was from the Moore Law Group and to call back at extension 110.

I have gotten 3 calls from this number over the past 3 days, in each case when I say Hello they hang up.  When I call the number back it claims to be the Moore Law Offices.  I don't understand why I am getting these calls.

In early 2007, we get a call & a letter from Binda & Keys stating there is a balance due on an account. However when asked to verify the information... such as what soical secuirty they had on file for that particular account- they were not able to verify it stating for security reason. So, I feel they are trying to scam us out of some money if they can not verify the account name that is in "supposed collections" or social security, middle name, maiden name! Who are these people! They indicated it was a citibank account. SO- we are concerned, followed up with Citibank- no record shows that an account has EVER been open with them. Then, we also went to www.annualcreditreport.com, and printed out our credit report. There too- there was no sign of the suggested "collection account" they are after to collect.

We have not heard from them since we told them our foundings, and they not able to verify any information stating that the account that was in supposed collection until these last two weeks. Binda & Keys has called again- stating it is an urgent legal matter, and for us to call  back. I printed out our credit report again- and nothing shows anything for collections. I think these people are just trying to get money.

This guy who called me, stated that I owed over 10K with an incurring 10% interest rate.  This is all bull, first he was not able to give me my social and for sure I knew the credit card was paid off.
