This # is voice activated. If you say hello, or make any other noise you get put through. If you're quiet it usually just hangs up on it's own after a few seconds.

kept getting phone calls,with no message left on my answering machine, so I called the number back with no answer as the phone rang for quite a while. A few minutes later I received a call from the same toll-free number asking why I called their telephone number, that MY number was on their caller I.D.

this number belongs to a company called Alliance one. They said they are a financial company. I hung up on them
