Is anyone interested in joining a class action lawsuit against i recovery llc? They are in violation of many fdcpa laws and can be sued for up to $500,000. I have repeatedly asked them for validation of debt which they cannot provide... I have asked them not to call during work hours, which they do. Also, the debt they claim to own is past the statute of limitation. They have harrassed me for over a year and I will be filing suit against them. A man calls and says that he has important information and goes thru the whole speel of this is an attempt to collect a debt, etc.  Leaves this number to call back and when I call back it does as it says above tells me to wait to be connected.  No one ever comes to the line.

They keep calling for someone else.  I have had my number for two years and they still call even after I tell them the person they are looking for is not at this number.

She called my job and said, "Hey Liberty, It's Chris I need you to give me a call back at 800-510-0628." Then she called back with another name and won't give me any information. She acts like it's a friend calling

I get a call from 800-510-0628 5-6 times each day. Paula says she has info about someone I know and need to clarify conflicting information. Like'''''I would give info on someone else? I've reported to Do Not Call, doesn't help. What can we do?

got the same message.  it's silly to even think that I'd call them back when I have no clue what's it about.  They can call all they want.  I'd just delete the message.

I got a call today from a Paula,  who needs to review a file with me that has conflicting facts on the location of someone I know.  But, she cannot leave any other info on my machine. I don't know what it's about.  I called the number back and got a recording to "hold while we connect you", they did not give a business name, so I hung up.

From a Bridget, states has a file she cannot discuss confidential but it's regarding someone I know and and she needs to verify the content of the file and to call 800-510-0628. Collections agency it comes out making calls to business.

These calls continue to come to WORK number daily and administration is upset now. Administrator tells the person this is a business do not call still she continues to call sometimes with a fake voice. So frustrating.

I thought it was illegal for collectors to call businesses?

Some chick name Paula left a message stating if I could call her back in regards to someone elses conflicting location info?? Why call me??third time called in a week. annoyed.

again a call, 1-800-510-0628, I don't owe anybody any $... I pay my bills. Just made a large purchase, don't think that would've happened if I was in some collectors file. I think it's more...a scam of some sort setting people up with fear tactics. Again reporting to DO NOT CALL, and the Attorney General of my home state. Funny because it's not connected with the # they are calling.

I get 8oo calls every month (now)..just look them up and ALL of them are from collectors..AND I (too) owe no one!

They use sneaky tactics to get to you if you in fact have an account that has landed with this collection agency.

They keep calling, this is the first time a person has left a message on the machine. She had. Strong southern accent, name was Bridgette. She said she couldn't leave info on a machine because it was sensitive info in the file and to call her back at this number. Who is this? And what company is it?
