The number goes to Pioneer Credit Recovery, they handle student loans. They wouldn't call you if you paid your bills. There is no Do Not Call Registry for bills you owe. Try paying them and maybe they wouldn't call you. If they have a wrong number then let them know. No one there ever threatens coworkers or harasses anyone. It's your wages that can be garnished. Maybe try returning a phone call once in awhile.

800-510-4976 is the same caller holding message as 641-213-1103. They are a credit and collections company, maybe for student loans...They go by the name PCR and Greg and Mrs. Doris have identified PCR as Pioneer Inc. They are rude to whomever answers, they have even threatened co-workers and harassing and do not recognize the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY~!

Who or why is the number calling me every day of week?? They never ask for anyone!! They ring my phone 2-3 times a day and hang up. Does anyone know who they are????
