i also received calls from same people they are crazy

I to am a victim of Richmond Receiveables. They are scamming people all over. How can this be stopped?

Everything these people threaten you with is false. My friend recently started working there, and Demone Leverette is the owner. He does not pay his employees, therefore they are not trustworthy people. They are also getting drunk and using drugs while they make these phone calls to you. If they have your name, they also have your SS# and other info. You should report this company. They also use Suite 218 in the office building at 5501 Excutive center drive suite 219 Charlotte nc. Suite 219 has a sign that says Southshore financial, and 218 says richmond receivables.

I received a nasty call from Darryl Thomas who stated I have been served.  I said served what?  I have nothing in writing and have no idea what you're talking about.  He now proceeds to harrass me at work.  How do we get this crap to stop?  It's a crime, they are torturing innocent people and trying to extort money.

i also received a call several times for months from the same person darrell thomas he said i owed money and if i didnt pay i would receive a summons to appear in court he was very rude and when i asked for the address of the company and where was it located and more info he became really angryhe told me i had four hours to respond or i would get the summons

I got a call also from the same person, I couldn't understand a word he was saying sounded like the call was being scrambled. I don't never did have a pay day loan what kind of scammer is this?

I received a very nasty, threatening phone call from  Darrel Thomas at this number who says he is with Richmond Receivables. said I had a summons and was to be served. Suggested I call 800-513-0185 to resolve or I would be put in jail.

I received a very nasty, threatening phone call from  Darrel Thomas at this number who says he is with Richmond Receivables.   Wanted my VISA card immeditely to pay this  "debt" I had.  Unfortuntely I do not have any such debt.  He  threatened to take me to  court if I  did not pay immediately.  I told  him this was the first I had ever heard that I  owed anything and suggested he send me everything in writing.  He said he would email me a bill and I was to contact him immediately upon receipt or else I was going to court!!!

This number calls repeatedly asking for someone who is not me nor anyone I know.  VERY ANNOYING!

Getting calls from Sara Gordon Richmond Receivables, threating serving me with court order at my place of employment or home. Going on now for three weeks now with the same message. Scam Scam Scam written all over it. You can not threathen someone to come to their home or place of business to serve them a bogus suit. These are unprofessional people who just use threaten tactics to scare you. Have reported them to authorities and saved voice message for my attorney to hear. I will see them in court and they will pay.

Another payday loan collection call. I son't understand why none of the numbers are registered to any company. If they are a legit collector then they should have legit numbers in connection with their companies. I feel like I am becoming a blogger regarding payday loan collection scams. I want my life back. The life that I had before I was harrassed by a new company every few days and threatened repeatedly over something that has already been paid.
I don't even know what the name of this company is. I can't understand the people when they speak.
