i HAD MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH MULTIPLE REPRESENATIVES FOR MY DEPT COLLECTION WITH CITI ON DEFERRED PAYMENT WHILE AGREEING ON PAYMENT WHICH WAS 1100.00 THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD HAVE ME PAY 340.00 BY END OF THE MONTH SEPTEMBER 30 ON SEPTEMBER 25 ICALL TO ARRANGE WHERE DO I SEN D MY MONEY.I WANTED TO COMPLETE THIS AGREEMENT.BI****S GAVE ME A HARD TIME ANDREA JESSICA AND CLAUDIA ALSO WAS A MAN VOICE PRESENT NOW CLAUDIA TO STATE THAT THEY DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU THEY LAUGHING AT YOU NOT HERE HANGING UP PHONE WHAT A***OLE PROFESSIONALS DO YOU REPRESENT WE PEOPLE DO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS ECONOMY BUT WE SURVIVE BUT YOU INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR WAS UNEXCEPTED IF YOU HAD AN OFFICE HERE IN HAWAII YOU WOULD DESERVE A VISIT SO YOU REPRESENT A COMPANY THAT HELPS WE THE PEOPLE BUT YOU ALL NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF A JOB FROM HAWAII CALL ME NOW

and would like to add that due to my call center experience, internally they should be following policies and due to technical issues sometimes there own policies overlap state laws...
To the person before I'd suggest talking to an attorney & documenting every call you receive automated or real person

I keep getting calls from this number. I have answered it a  million times and asked them to take my number off the list. They have someone who use to have my number or address. I don't have an account with them. Drives me nuts! I have had surgery and need rest. I don't have time to see anyone to get legal advice. They list their number as unknown but my caller id on my computer picks up the actual number. Really strange!! I can't block them due to the "unknown" status. I did block one number they were calling from. I am in pain and get tired of this! HELP!!!

These guys service just about everything (example: furniture stores like Ashley's/Room 2 Go)
The issue I'm having is that they're unethical, strong arm attitude & harassment policies are making me sick & tired.
They call anywhere from 5-8 times a day if I don't answer & when I do they STILL call daily asking the same stupid question...
"Verify your address Mr.John Doe" - As if they don't have it on file
"Reason for delay" - Its the same as the day before NO MONEY!
"Source of funds" - That's a little personal don't you think?
"When's your next paycheck?" - Now your really starting to piss me off - I answered this question the 1st time you called out of courtesy - DON'T YOU NOTE READ THE NOTES ON THE ACCOUNT
Somebody has to do something about this... Citi gets $50 BILLION dollars out of the $250 BILLION approved by congress & they still HARASS the little guy

In order to have them completely remove you number you do have to verify the number that they called and your name. Be as nice as possible or the rep could just lie to you.(if you pick up the phone and yell to stop calling they will not take  If you are still getting calls and its not your account and they say the number is removed. It could eb that they did remove it and its stuck in the dialer. It is an auto dialer. There isn't someone sitting there chossing who to call.
It is not harrasment if it is an attempt to collect a debt. They can call you up to 8 times a day. from 8am-9pm.

If it is your account and they are calling you because its past due...pay the bill-or enough to stop the calls!
For those of you having financial issues, call them they can help you with programs to afford your account and can stop the calls!

Here are a couple of numbers you might need from the harrassment of Citi Financial. They call me all the and never leave a message. 336-474-8955 and 803-835-5100. My account is in good standings and I get harrassed on a regular basis. These numbers are normally from out of state.

they called AGAIN! I just asked them to stop calling for the 2nd time in one day yesterday...and here we are again!  Who are these a**les! and why can't they get the picture that I do NOT know any Alenja Grandro.....ugg.

People calling from different numbers and states. First South Carolina 803-835-5600 then Texas 817-490-6499, however they leave a message with a call back number of 800-525-5234 asking for Alehandri Giardo.  I've never heard of this person before in my life.  This is the fifth time that I have asked them to remove me from there call marketing or whatever it is...They keep saying that they will but I don't believe that they are, hence the repeated calls.
Its annoying and its disruptive.  STOP CALLING.

These people call my cell phone 8- 10 times a day, all hours of the day and night asking for someone I don't know. .. Maria Delgado? How do I get them to stop?  I've talked to supervisors and they promise to take me off the call list and within hours, I get more phone calls.  They are using my cellular minutes!!!!!

I received two phone calls from 1-800-525-5234 the caller claiming to be from Citi Financial they always call early in the AM so they can catch people who are in the process of waking up or are still asleep. When you first pick up the phone after it rings there is a recording saying please hold for an Important Message. Citi Retail Service as they call themselfs claims you have an unpaid bill from "Rooms To GO" and they need the last four digits of your Social Security Number to verify some information. They also ask you what state you live in, my question is How Did They Get Your Number In The First Place, especially if they dont know were they are calling? Finally Citi Financial is requesting that you fax information to them at 1-877-888-5140 yes it rings with a fax tone but is it really Citi Financial at the other end?

I do not know who this is but all I know they btter Stop calling my F****NG house late at night I;m trying to get my kids in bed.

STOP THE F****NG CALLS NOW !!!!!!!
