I order the so called "Flexshot" advertised on TV from the internet. A week later before I even received my merchandise which I am satisfied with, I received a call from someone thanking me for my order and that I needed to give him my credit card information again and I would also receive a membership for something I was not interested in and if I was not satisfied I could cancel before 30 days or I would be charge $24.99 a month. I contacted Flexshot and they said they deal with many telemarketers but could not tell me which one called me.

If you read the company policy it states our information is kept confidential but than it also says that our information is given to other companies so they may contact me. Now I have to worry about my credit card being charged like all these other complaints. These companies that advertise on TV don't tell you everything because they want your money. Best to wait till the products are sold at local stores like Walgreens, Bed & Bath, etc.

This is a scam! I have been billed a total of $288.83 since 3/25/13 without authorization. I am attempting to resolve this issue but I see by internet complaints, that people that have contacted them in the past have been told they can not provide authorization and can only discontinue the payments - without any refunds. The ACH debit reflect 1) TLG*Shopper79553793[MONTH] 800-526-4848 CT and 2) TLG*TRVLadyV[MONTH] 800-548-1116 CT. I believe they found access through my Boost cellphone account, which I activated apx. March 2013. I have issued a stop payment through my bank and if the vendor will not resolve this matter, I will seek action via the AG or through small claims court.

I actually didn't get a phone call, but just noticed an unauthorized (well 2 actually) charge from this and another number.  I ordered a detangling brush online and got a phone call from Budget Savers, which I canceled them.
I said to this number I wanted to cancel because I'm going through a bunch of other things and they said log in and I have to continue with their free trial.  Likely going to call again later and see if they ACTUALLY WILL cancel, otherwise I'm going to have to report fraud on my card and get the number changed so they can't get to me... as illegal as it sounds.

I can't get this company to stop withdrawing from my account 2+ yrs now.
Am going through breast cancer and brain cancer could use this money for bills and meds.
Heartless company, I call ask to cancel I get an ok and they hang up on you no record or conformation number.

I thought that company name looked familiar on my bank statement. I cancelled that membership (didn't even know I was on it until I saw it) months ago and somehow they are STILL charging me. A few weeks ago I suspected someone stole my card number so I cancelled my old debit card and got a new one with a new number and everything, and somehow this company STILL CHARGED ME when I have not given that card information anywhere I don't shop occasionally. So I'm wondering how the hell these people could get my card number. I called them, someone named Manny answered, and told him I cancelled this months ago, and no I don't have a confirmation number because this mess should have been cancelled and no longer tied to me AT ALL. Now I have a confirmation number for sure should I see another unauthorized transaction from my account. If I see this crap again, I will have that cancellation number and will also have a lawyer next to me. These people need to be sued and stopped from scamming people. I'll burn their name to the ground if it comes down to that.

You probably need to get a new checking account number.  Contact your bank.

They are charging my CHECKING ACCOUNT and I don't even know what this is!!!!

I just placed an order for the Wraptastic off tv. They didnt process the order for almost a week. My Husband answered the phone and it was from Wraptastic she was asking all kinds of questions and told him to just answer yes.They were going to ship my item. He did the first time untill he noticed her trying to get him to purchase more products. He then told her he didnt want any of it and was furious that she persisted.They are now charging my credit card from TLG shopper.This is a scam artist.I had to cancel my card.

my husband ordered something over the phone back in May and got rigged into this, everytime he selected "no", they transfered him to something else and again, everytime he said no he didn't want it, it signed us up! We have tried several times to have them cancel and they say they will but they don't!  We have continued to be charged over and over again. When we call and ask to speak to a manager, they disconnect you! I want resolution to this and I want all my money credited back to my credit card. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General to report this scam!

Reference to previous posting....that membership thing has 2 different companies attached to this membership. You have to cancel BOTH! They don't tell you this when you agree to try the membership out.

Have you booked airline tickets lately? This is a program that offers you $20(I think...or maybe 50) for using this "Membership" when you sign up. So basically it is suppose to save you money when you travel. It gives you discouts....blah blah blah.

Received "PAYMENT DUE NOTICE"  from "Shoppers Advantage".  I have no idea what this is!!.  The notice says that by completing a "Charge Authorization From," I would authorize them to charge my account for $21.95.  I have no inattention of completing this form and how dare they try to ask me to authorize a charge for this!!  I am so furious that I got this notice.  It also says to call for faster processing by calling their Customer Service Department at 800-526-4848.

I'm now receiving a 19.99 monthly charge from TLG*SHOPPER... I believe this number to be connected with 800-290-8603 which Ive found on this site many others are having this same problem. I purchased an "Easy Feet product" and now this has happened!
