I have been called by this fia bank nine times in the last three days.  No message,  just some idiots trying to get some personal info. I don't need calls like this, please look into an remove my name. Thanks

Same as everyone else, I've gotten 6 calls in the last two day's and this is going on harassment. Next time they call I'm going to answer and give them a piece of my mind! Also I am signed up on the national do not call list so they are really pushing it by calling me, not to mention they just called at 7:40 pm. What is wrong with them!

I get calls before 8am and after 7pm - I just got a call on Sunday night at 7:46pm, They can get fined $1,000.00 for each violation.

They call me like everyday and never leave a message and they call from a private number also.

Same as above...say they are BOA but they aren't. Second phone scam this week.

Scam artist pretending to be official so you'll give up information.if u have any doubt that's the case then your the 1sucker in a 1000 that keeps these conmen in buisness. Important questions to ask are,why does law enforcement never look for these conmen?,and why is my phone provider not responsible for this harassment.?

March 25 and 26, 2014

7 calls in 2 days. No identifying information. No message left on answering machine.Finally called the number. Was left on hold for about three minutes and then the Party came on and id'd himself as FIA card services, Bank of America.  The caller immediately asked for last four of SSN. RED FLAG! I declined.Then asked for last four numbers on Credit Card. Another RED FLAG! I declined again. Then advised  me I owed  $680 Dollars. At this point I knew for sure this was a scam and I said I would call BofA at their Customer service number, to which he replied, "You'll just get me again!" I might add I could barely understand the caller. Indian or Malaysian perhaps??? When I contacted BofA they assured me they would NEVER call. They would send an E-Mail or a letter. And I DON'T owe $680 Dollars...

not sure why calls from charities, businesses etc come up with name as unavailable or why they hang up instead of leaving a message.  some even come up as private caller or unknown.  its annoying.  i turned off my answer machine.  unable to leave a message, then do not call.  not sure why the do not call list exists because it does no good

Machine said they were Bank of America - however they wanted to verify all my account information.  Hung up and called BofA and spoke with fraud protection.  They claim the number DOES NOT belong to them, and as all my accounts were up-to-date, they would have had no reason to call me for anything.

i was getting calls from this number fro last 4 days and was not picking up because did not had time to pick up a unknown number call. this evening i called this number which tiio me to automated message telling me i owe $602 on my FIA card. FIA CARD ? I dont even know what the hell is FIA CARD. waiting for next call from this number and will take the call to solve this mystery

I actually just got another phone call and I was able to talk to someone from there. They said FIA CARD SERVICES - Bank of America...looking for Sonia/Angel. I said I'm not them and I don't know them and you have the wrong phone number.  They told me it takes 24 hours to remove phone number from their listing.

1) Relieved that I was able to talk to someone.  
2) Hope they really stop calling me looking for people I don't even know...

I'm getting tired of these 1-800 calls that leaves no message. There should be a law to protect people!!!!!!!!!

Repeated calls to someone not known by this family; last one tonight (Sunday)

FIA Card Services (Bank of America) debt collector called about a Visa card.

Got a call too....I just added it to my reject list.  Called twice today.
