This borders on harassment!  They call every half hour all day long.

STOP CALLING

OMG!!!! This company absolutely harrasses you.  They call the company telephone looking for a person that works here and will not get off the phone.  When you tell them not to call anymore, that doesn't matter!!! If you hang up on them, they are still on the phone if you need to make other calls.  I told them this was a company telephone number and I'm going to report you.  One day they held up all my lines on the phone.  They actually asked me why this individual doesn't call them back....

They call from a different number each day that they call.  This time they left a recorded message, some guy named Jason from Advanta.  Usually they are calling every hour to couple of hours.  They are persistent.

Advanta and their incompetent collections people all ought to be "unemployed" like the rest of us!!!. Lets see, they borrow money at an extremely reduced rate, jack up our interest rates for no reassons other than they have filed bankruptcy and so to make the losses greater we get to pay 35% or higher in interest rates.  Then they call and harass us, even after they have received written letters explaining our situation.  They don't give a RATS A**, and neither do I!

They can just die and go out of business.  Hey, wait a minute they filed bankruptcy and had their debts either discharged or restructured.  If so, then the monies we are paying them are going to whom again??? Sounds a bit fraudulant and should be investigated more thoroughly for predatory practices!! FRAUD works much better!!!  Did you know that when they discharge the debts, they often sell them to a collection agency for pennies on the dollar??? That's who is calling you and why they won't negotiate a settlement!!  Your account may have already been "SOLD" to someone else with that English Speaking "James" really Rashmid.

When I get a call from a number that I don't recognize I don't answer it, instead I go immediately to Google and key in the number. If it is a collection or credit card company I save it with the contact name of "do not answer" It's incredible how many different numbers these comapnies use. I must have had 15 or more in the last 3 weeks. I get an unavailable number as well. No one except Cap One leaves a message saying that thay have opportunities available for me, I'll bet they do!!!

They call 20 times a day and I tell them Im sorry he is on vacation and they hang up and call right back!!!

Advanta Business calls multiple times a day, and is an automated dialing system.  Refuses to stop even when you ask them to.  Sometimes calls every half hour.

Just called 800-978-4581 and advised them that I was reporting them to the Attorney General in RI.  The messages they are leaving on people's machines are misleading and is a form a fraud.

Advanta Credit card is correct.  If you don't pay your payment (more than 30 days out) on time they like to call you and get a payment by phone.  I just wish they would do this _before_ I miss my payment.  They usually ring once in the morning and twice in the afternoon.

Got the call. waited and it disconnected. From the comment above I noticed that I had made an online payment to the Advanta Credit Card the day before the call. May just be a coincidence.

Same deal, got a call from the number and it was silence for 30seconds so i hung up, then searched it.
