This is a survey call from t-mobile. they didn't leave a message.
Ellen 2011-06-06 20:58:00 Unknown
Just get the call today.
It's a voice survey call from T-mobile. I did call T-mobile customer service yesterday. So it's not weird if you call T-mobile customer service recently.
Sam 2011-06-06 20:58:00 Unknown
I got 2 calls today also with no message. If it is legit. why not leave a message?
Clayton 2011-06-06 20:58:00 Unknown
I called the number back and got a message saying that this is PinPoint Resaerch on Behalf of T-mobile, so nothing to big to worry about.

I had 6 missed called from this number with in an hour! I may be a t-mobile customer but that is practically harassment!

Got a call from this number today, circa 1230PM (AkDT). Thought I picked up in time, but got dead air and when I looked, I was disconnected.
Had called T-Mobile yesterday to work out an issue, which took their CS people quite some time to resolve, but I was impressed with the curteousness of (both), agents being very helpfull, patient and appologetic for semi-long hold times (while they tried to sort out my issue).
If it rings again, I gladly answer and participate, if it's a CS satisfaction survey. I was genuinely impressed with the service and happy to be working with "native" American speakers.

I paid for my sidekick lx 2009 in full. Pay my bill early & still have nothing but trouble for them. Just because you have good service doesn't mean people that don't aren't good customers. I buy several new phones a year and will be going to AT&T. You are rude and pathetic to put down people that legitimately have issues with TMobile.

Pinpoint Research called today but I missed the call. They were conducting feedback information on my recent call for assistance from T-Mobile. This is an autodialer number. They apparently are hired by a number of companies to do automated customer satisfaction surveys. They are allowed to make these calls under the Federal and state Do Not Call registry laws because they are not telemarketers. They provide a telephone number for one to call if you do not wish to receive any calls from them. Their contact information is:
Pinpoint Research Corporation
2000 Powell Street, Suite 1070
Emeryville, CA 94608
510/655-9383
Fax: 510/655-9670

They have been calling me today. I will answer next call of I am able to. i love tmobile, you don't have to wait for a contract to run out to get a new phone & your sim card can transferred to different phones! So whatever your mood is for the day you can just take out your sim and drop in the phone of your choice! sometimes i don't always like to carry by big sidekick!! and customer service it great! i never have to wait more than 1 to 2 minutes to get someone to help me, which is rare since my bills are almost always correct!!!

I never answer theses calls and I never answer unknown calls or 800# in general.

Got a call. I didn't answer. I adore T-Mobile. Not perfect, but among the best for customer service. I cannot see myself ever switching, even tho I consider myself to be a general "early adopted" of technology - even the iPhone or PalmPre can't make me give up a wonderful company and good ates.

I just got a call from them too on 7/12/09. I also was changing my credit card. But contrary to others I have always had great service. Even when I decided I did not like phone I ordered and wanted another, the transition was smooth. They also suggested I change plans to cheaper plan cuz I was paying for a service I was not using. When my son dropped his phone in pool by accident I just said the phone no longer worked and got a new one right away. My son actually regretted leaving tmobile last year when he had to go at&t when he got an iphone cuz he had constant dropping of calls (if that is right term) and had dead spots in his own apt. as well as office and other places. Apparently other friends of his had same prob with iphone....something they put up with cuz they love their iphones. But I have been with tmobile since 2002. Maybe it just depends on what problems you have and what reps you get. Guess we have been lucky.

Been getting calls. But this is the only thing (other than the automated systems, which suck on ALL service centres not just t-mobile) that's ever actually bothered me.... and now I know who it is, I'll just answer...
placesofrefuge 2009-07-09 18:05:55 Unknown
Just a call from Tmobile-We have had nothing but good stuff from them. If we didn't pay our bill or expected something for nothing, we wouldn't like them either.
