she seemed genuninly interested in helping me, but when I declined to let them take money out of my acct, she advised it would be a one time debit, she then mentioned that it would be for 3 months.  I offered to make payments on their online website, she advised that it would be a fee of 12.95.  They have called before several times, each with one of the lies mentioned above.  the original lender refuses to talk with me and keeps transfering me to them. By the end of the call i had been put on hold for a total of 10 minutes on a 15 minute call, necause of the stupid annoying announments. You would think if they want money they would at least sit their and give you the attention you need to get information from them.  It took me a total of 10 minutes to get their stupid address so i could send them their money.

I get calls from this company all through the day.They call my home early in the morning and interrupt my mother's and mine sleep.I have spoken to a repersentative once and explained to them that i know that i have an obligation to pay this bill,but i have been gravely ill with end stage kidney disease and put on dialysis.The calls stiil keep coming.They even got my cell phone numer and call that all the time.I am really glad i saw this on the web.Now i am going to try and contact the original lender myself.

A lady called from this number today.  It shows up as Unknown.  Not sure who she is or what she wants.
