A man or a woman call to ask to speak to someone who is deceased. How do you stop this?

calling me every day!

Since 1/12/2012 I have had 18 calls from these idiots. They never leave a message. I have made a log of all these calls, what time they called, day and no messages left. I consulted a lawyer ( my nephew ), and he said it is harassment. Legal proceedings are forthcoming.

It is Beneficial Finance!  I Cannot afford the payments any more since they did not accept my homeowner insurance from another company, so they raised my rates and I just can't afford it any more. Being without a job is the real problem, and all the money I get is from SSA.  They can take my house if they wish but it will not be done without a fight.  Urge everyone you can not to deal with Beneficial.

this number calls my personal cell phone i do not answer 800 # if they left a message i would call back but they don't

I keep getting calls from this company even after I told them I was working over seas and the time they call may not be early to them but it is 3am here when they call. I dont have minutes or money to make calss overseas so I tried to contact them via email. THEY DON'T HAVE A EMAIL LISTED ANYWHERE...

This is HFC.  This company no longer handles new mortgages.  All prior loans are handled by a call center...or collection agency.  Terrible people.

calls my home phone daily every 8 a.m. - leaves no message

i get phonecalls from this number all day long no message  and they call very early and late too

Keep calling and they do not identify themselves.

I called the number.  It's a company called HCF Financial.  They have something to do with armed service members with disabilities.  I spoke to an operator and asked them to remove our office number from their call bank.  She said it would take up to 48 hrs for it to be removed.

they call and when they think that the phone is still ringing they are carrying on convserations with each other.  Pretty digusting things I was listening to before I asked who they wanted and who they were.  I told them, that they need to watch what they are talking about and listen for the phone to pick up.  Told them I had on my answering machine what they were talking about and they hung up the phone

I received this call on my cell phone, never answered never returned it but I do wish that it would stop.  I have placed my number on the do not call registry but I still continue to get unwanted calls from numbers like this....

If you tell them in the words: DO  NOT CALL_ AND REPEAT IT IF YOU HAVE TO _THEY HAVE TO STOP CALLING YOU.  IT IS THE LAW......FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION ACT.  IF THEY DON'T LISTEN AND TAKE YOU OFF OF THEIR LIST, REPORT THEM AND  CONTACT AN ATTORNEY IF YOU HAVE TO AND FIND OUT IF YOU CAN SUE THEM FOR HARRASSING YOU.....DOCUMENT THE CALLS _DAYS AND TIME.  BUT REMEMBER STATE, DO NOT CALL REPEAT IT IF YOU HAVE TOO- DO NOT CALL ME- IT HAS TO BE THOSE WORDS........

I received a call from this number with an auto message greeting so I hung up...how annoying !!!

This idiot has called me 27 times since March 8th.  He/She is on my cell phone reject list.

This number keeps calling my prepaid cell phone...Only family and closest friends have this number..I have told them to stop calling as they have the wrong number, but they continue to call..every day..normally 5 times at least...I no longer answer as I am not using up my minutes...

HFC Beneficial, owned by HSBC.  They are likely calling because you are late on a payment with one of their exhorbitant interest rate loans.  Why they choose to hang up with out speaking to you is harrassment.

Calls day and night I stopped answering when they call I have them on the rejest list on my cell phone I do not know who this is or why they have my number.When you call the number back they the recording asks for account info I have none can't get through to a live person to stop the calls

I keep getting hang up calls from 800-550-3278 for month and months sometimes 12 or 13 times a day. I have tried to contact them but it is a dead end. It is hfc benificial, MARK MY WORDS I WILL HAVE REVENGE! IM GOING TO GOUGE YOUR EYES OUT AND PUNCH YOU IN THE THROAT! YOUR WORTHLESS PIECE OF S**T COMPANY IS SICKINING AND A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY THIS WORLD IS GOING IN THE GUTTER!!!!

Called several times on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Finally my wife answered and said it was me just to identify this ridiculous calling pattern. HFC collections is the culprit. I had already made payment arrangements yet they continue to harrass over the phone as if there were untold piles of gold that was being kept from them.

calls back to back...requested they not call but they continue tired of it..will file harrasment on this number..not taking it anymore..

called today four times, answered twice and they hung up. This is sunday, can they call you on sunday's.

On 11-15-09 this number called my house 10 times and never left a message. How do I get this to stop?
