This is Tracker Marine Financial Services (TMFS).  They facilitate boat loans for customers who complete credit applicaitons at a Bass Pro Shops or Tracker Marine Dealer.  They are calling to go over your loan application or let you know what the lenders decision was.  It is legit.

Very rude person shopping for services.  Sounded very sketchy.
