I financed a $8000 gas pack with Wells Fargo about 9 months ago and now do not have the ability to pay for it. I get RUDE phone calls from these guys EVERYDAY of the week. I just do not understand why they can not understand what I am saying when I tell them I can ' NOT ' pay for this anymore. No settlement' no working out a deal of some kind. I simply can not pay the loan.

We keep getting calls from Wells Fargo looking for Andrew Foote.  We have had our phone number for 11 years and there is no Andrew Foote living here. We have asked to be taken off their list but the calls keep coming. Andrew Foote if you are out there please man-up and pay your bills or at least contact Wells Fargo and give them a correct phone number so that they will stop harassing us.

wells fargo is terrible!!!!!!    **** FDCPA****** and per new york state law, which supercedes fdcpa, the client may call the debtor 2x each 7 days, and if a message had ben left from wells fargo, no other calls are to be made, i get violated at least 10x a day from wells fargo for a loan thats not even due till the 12th eamo. i have hired an atty to handle this and every call the make to me is $$$$$ so keep calling me please wells fargo, your going to pay off my loan and send me on a vacation with the money i SUE YOU FOR under HARASSMENT terms!!!!!!! f*&^ you all at wells fargo!!!!

They call work every day, multiple times, and yes 1 day late or even close to the time the bill is due

I received a similar call regarding a lost or stolen vehicle under my name with Wells Fargo Auto Finance. I am 65, without children, and I have never driven nor purchased a car due to a disability. Wells Fargo? The Wells Fargo numbers they contact from are: 800-565-0094 800-692-7191 866-211-6980 and 407-444-1995. They seem extremely imprudent and ruthless.

They call consistently the moment you are a day late. The company does not offer a ten day grace period like other businesses. Only time you get a break is late at night and holiday. I thought they had to respect your wishes especially when you contact them to  stop with the harerassment. I feel they do not bother people who don't attempt to pay at all like they do the ones that tries to make arrangements with them. They lie a lot about  working with you. They know the economy is bad. Every one at some point is having trying times.

I've worked with Wells Fargo Auto Finance/Wachovia and under corporate policy, employees are encouraged to remain aggressive and tactfully forceful in the departments under telecommunications, accounts and billing. As a contractual loan recipient, you agree to the lender taking necessary strides to contact you and inform or address outstanding balances/debts as long as payments are delinquent. You will not receive a call within the same hour from the same number, however, per contract, all loan recipients permit Wells Fargo Auto Finance/Wachovia to contact all references listed under the loan contract as long as account payments are outstanding or in question. 407-444-1995 1-419 866-211-6980 800-692-7191

You are absolutely and 100% wrong that using this company means no one else would take you and you have horrible credit. I came upon a situation where I had short notice orders overseas as a US Servicemember... when I requested permission from my original finance company to take the car overseas... they dropped me like a hot potato (despite my having excellent credit, paid on time and in full (early) two other cars with the original creditor) and this company seemed like a Godsend saying they would finance me in one day and provide the letter. I should have known better. Since then they have reported me for being late on numerous occasions because my insurance was carried by an overseas provider and WFAF refused to pick up the phone to call to verify each time the proper paperwork was submitted to them (the answer I got was that it was a international number and they don't call international numbers. After the first time this happened, I made sure I also sent in the renewal paperwork to them but it did me no good)... so they charged me their insurance and said my payment (which was set up as an alottment from the start) was late because I was pay $700 a month and the insurance made it $741 a month. I never received a notification for this despite it happening several times. Each time it took me almost a year to get this fixed. They never waived the fees on it or fixed my credit report. Another time, a payment was late due to a paperwork error on THEIR part. The lady was very nice on the phone once she went back TWO years to find that it was their fault. Prior to that I was getting calls saying they were going to repossess my car for $273 due. Unfortunately, this has ruined my credit so I have to stay with this company. I asked them at one point to refinance to a lower percentage rate and was told since I live on the east coast they are no longer providing auto loans and the normal wells fargo financial won't either so I was stuck with this company. I have six months left on this loan and this is the first time I am legitimately late (one week) and told the people on the phone I would be paying next week (my pay got messed up through no fault of mine.. it happens so shouldn't be such a big deal since they have put me through the ringer and should be accomodating... oh no! Not WFAF)... the calls continue day and night despite this. Whomever said these people work with you got lucky. Don't assume that because these harrassing calls occur everyone that has issues with this company is a dirtbag. That really make me angry. This company sucks.

Please, 'Wells Fargo'. i only have five months left on my car-note. Leave me the heel alone!!

They kept calling here and at my work for the payment. They called so many times that my boss got upset over it and told me to stop the phone calls or else. I finally wrote them a letter, called them, and sent an email informing them that if they continued to call my work number that i would no longer be able to make a payment period because I would loose my job and it was their fault for calling my work so much. So just inform them to stop calling sending a letter really helps out.

Got behind on payments due to having to pay for a funeral. Was harassed daily and multiple times a day. Nancy from the company is one rude insensitive lying betch. Within 6 months I paid my car off 2 years early. Got the lein release. And guess what? They are still calling me.  Worst company ever.

My boyfriend is out of work and he has since lost his apartment and almost his car. Which is financed through Wells Fargo. I was unaware that he was in so much trouble because he didn't talk to me about his financial problems. Either way being the good girlfriend I pulled a little of the money that I had from savings to attempt to bring the account back in good standing. The j*** off that answered refused to work with me, even after I advised that my savings from ING takes a few days to post the transaction. The rep made threats, they sent repo people to my parents house and my boyfriends parents house harrassing both of them. My frustration came from not only my boyfriends denial but from Wells Fargo and their treatment towards me as a 3rd party that was actually paying. Either way I could have put that money towards my college courses but I figured that need was greater, yet they still were nasty. Now I pay every month in the bank across from my job with cash so that it posts immediately and I hold the receipts for my records. My lesson learned through my boyfriends experience is that I will NEVER use and/or refer Wells Fargo as a bank to do any type of business with as long as I have other options. I am just one person that makes a splash but enough people will eventually make a ripple effect. WARNING: Shop around for competitive rates before selecting Wells Fargo to finance any loans or lines of credit.

They call when you're 1 day past your payment date. I'm 3 days behind (I get paid Friday and have since set up a payment for it) and they called 1 day past and continued, numerous times a day, to call. You're on a computer rotation and it just continues to call until you speak to a rep and they take you off the rotation.

They are very nice, if you run into rough times they'll allow you to make a partial payment or *tries to think what it's called* Defer maybe. My daughter fell and hit her head last winter and we had to pay for her xrays and the like and couldn't make a payment and they deferred us a months payment.

If you're in a really bad situation, they will try to help you...but you have to pick up the phone to do it ;)

10-15 times a day from Wells Fargo...I make a payment and day-after and evena after I had spoken with them twice with two different people they call again....Harassment at its best How can we get this to stop....

rude,rude,rude.  People are having a hard enough time w/out having to deal with rude people.  I've goy no problem paying what I owe, but they don't need to be so rude.  they should try calling you at home, not at work.  They fail to realize that if you lose your job due to their enormous amount of calls, then there will be no money to pay them with.

These jokers call from 10 or more different numbers.  They even had the nerve to text me.  I pay over every month on my car loan, but was short a couple of months ago.  Therefore, I am about $150.00 behind on my loan and they have been harrassing me like crazy.  Eventually, the overage I pay every month will catch up. Never will I ever put myself in a position again to have to deal with a high interest loan shark.

I also get calls from Wells Fargo and yes it is because I am behind which is my fault. I overpaid on a car when I baught it because I was nieve. I recently asked to refinance the loan so that I could lower my monthly payments. They informed me that because my car was $3,000.00 less than it was worth, it was not in their best interest to refinance for me. This all took place the day after on the front page of the US Today back in March I believe it was that not only did they accept a part of teh bailout money from us taxpayers but also declaired RECORD PROFITS for the first quarter of 2009. So let me get this straight, a bank, who just took bailout funds, announces it has made record profits and yet wont work with me to refinance $12,000 because it is $3,000 more than my car is worth. Wells Fargo can go to hell as far as I'm concerned. This is my third auto loan through them, the other two were paid off early, this is the first one that I have had troubles with and they still won't work with me.

You are right, wells fargo have gone to an extent of calling my sister and harassing her on her cell phone. what i don't. understand is the fact that i have tried to negotiate with them having a little income and support a family is not easy.when i got the loan with them we had a decent income, but after my husband lost his job , its been tough.i don't know what to do.........

We get these calls day and night looking for someone who doesn't even live at our house. I have told them time and time again that the person isn't here and not to call back. My next call is to a laywer. Callin the BBB doesn't do any good. Just another bureaucratic do nothing organization.

They were harassing my parent's home phone every day (my permanent address while in college). "Wells Fargo" would appear on the caller ID from 2 or 3 different numbers multiple times a day. I answered the phone today, and he told me I needed to talk about a loan for a car I don't even own. Shady. Supposedly he will take me off their lists....

Wells Fargo company wins the "most harassing" award of any collection/money loaning company you will ever run across.  They are rude, arrogant, and they are NOT lawfully allowed to call you for payment at your place of employment.  Don't let anyone else tell you differently.  They have left horrible messages on my callwave service on my computer which records and documents each call.  You must be firm and tell them they are not to call at your work or you will seek legal counsel.  As far as them coming in the middle of the night.....assure them that if they must you can't stop them but that you also leave your pit bull loose at night as well.  Trust me when I tell you they do not want your car back.  They hire  collectors that can't even get a job at McD's.....tooo bad.....sooooo sad.........

I love these other people..."i'm only one day late"......yeah sure buddy. This phone number is from Wells Fargo Auto Finance. When you default on your loan over 30 days..it gets sent to their "special case" divison and a
special representative gets assigned to your loan. I dont know if these people are paid more than the normal reps..but they are persistant! My rep waited on hold 30 mins(i was really busy..snicker)...But when i finally talked to him he was actually VERY NICE..nicer than the normal reps...and he basically called to tell me I was neck deep, and that not answering their
calls doesn't pay off the loan or buy me more time...And i worked out a payment plan for my outstanding amount..and they STOPPED CALLING ALL TOGETHER...but if you do make a plan with these people..you must stick with it...or 300lb Jim Bob will come and tow it away at 4:00am... Cheers!

kept calling my office number for an employee.  they would call like once every hour.  i told the the guys leave and i don't see them.  today i got a call and told then the guy was on the job and hung up. (i have 9 phone lines i answer).  this dude calls me back and jumped on me for being rude!!  that was fine i then called the number back and reported his rear. the supervisor said this would not happen again. i told if it did that i would report to the better business, that this was a company phone.
I gave him the ext. number that was left.

i felt better anyway.

They called, gave her name and left this number and when I asked what company she was from, she said WFFA - nice...  Payment due on 10th and hasn't posted their account yet...nice....
