I have been receiving multiple calls from this number.   They left this number to call back.  Said they were "Hands to Recovery"  whatever that means.   They also said I could go to www.payersfee.com and type in an account.  This website doesn't exist.

I just got a call from this number.  Didn't pick up.  No voicemail.  I am in Ontario, Canada and I use a cell phone.  I thought cell phone numbers weren't listed so might be a random dial from the computer.  I don't need this!

I get repeated calls daily.  no voice mail left.  When i call back, i can't understand what is being said.

they are still up to no good.. call, hangup, call again next day.  i don't even get the "this is for..." part.. just inconsequetial noise in the background like they are at a park or something.. then nada.. no vm, calls back next day at a different time.  VERY annoying!

Not sure who's calling my phone. There is no one on the other side when I pickup the call. They seem to call at the same time each day, except Sunday. What is going on?

My number has been disconnected for over a month, BTW, and the day I get it turned back on, this a** calls.Like they were laying in wait...

Just received a call from this number.  I answered but not in English.  Obvious call center noises in background.  Female, gave name as Georgia Nixon.  Would not give the company she was calling from.  Asked if I could take message, but only gave me the same phone number that called me.  She hung up in frustration at language barrier.  :)

Obviously not proud of the company she works for, or she'd state it proudly.

Just got a call from this number, picked up and no one was talking, only weird music was playing?

Actually SY if you had waited there is nothing more.  Every time I have answered this number a voice says "This is a call for" then the line goes dead.

They are a call center keep calling from different numbers for ashley peppito. if you tell them to stop calling they call from a blocked number for a month then back to another number.

This number belongs to ERC and are in violation of Fl. State law Auto dialers with Automated voice recordings are illegal.  I reported to them they are calling the wrong person and also my number is on the do not call listing. It needs to end now. They will say its a federally record line in order to intiminate you.  Stand your ground don't take thier crap, point out they are in violation of state and federal laws for using autodialers. They will remove your number in 24 hours.

I talked to my 11-year-old again, and it turns out they're calling her old cell, which is a pay-as-you-go phone. So I called ERC back and they had that number and said they'd remove it. I sure do hope so; this is our emergency phone and they're eating up all the minutes! 48 hours, she said. We'll see.

Calls have started arriving from 800-5651524 from ERC. Thing is, when I called (and got a human, after about a five-minute wait) she called up the reference number from the voicemail message and said our phone number isn't listed on that account. She suggested I take the call next time to tell whomever is calling that they have the wrong number. This is my 11-year-old's phone and it's off most of the time. So now I can sit with her phone as my constant companion, hoping they'll call again? Um, no.

Phone numbers are attached to people not to homes.  If you move out of your house the person that moves in will not have your phone number just your old address.

Same story - This call is for (silence) - then if this is not you please disregard.  Then case #27486926. We are on our sixth collection agency for a debt for someone else.  The sell the junk debt from company to company.  ERC accused me of hiding and I need to pay.  Lisa stated today 3/27/10 "They will keep calling until I do pay."  She refused to let me tell her how she has the wrong phone number.  I owe no one anything.  No mail has ever come to my house for me or anyone else that here is a debt due.   I have lived in my house for 4 years.  My house is a new house so it cannot be tied to a previous resident.  They have the wrong phone number but will not take no for an answer.  No, I am not who you are looking for.

I have been getting this call everyday. Sometimes once a day and other days twice. I get the same message on my answering machine as the others have discribed here. It is absolutly a collection agency using a war dialer. One time it said this call is for Dimetria Jackson and if this person is not here to ignore the call. How annoying. My wifes madain name is Deanna Jackson and she has no outstanding debts. The are just calling because the phone used to be in her maiden name as D. Jackson. I use Lingo.com as my phone service and I am able to forward specific numbers calling me to any other number I specify. So I added them to my auto forward feature. Now they can listen to the local time, temperature, and weather everytime they call. I LOVE IT!!!

Constant calls from this number stating, "This is a call for Anglina Taylor, if you are not this person a 3 second delay and you can hang up" which I do.  TI believe this is some collection agency looking for this person because there was an individual with the last name Taylor who use to live here five years ago.

this number is calling our mobile.  it says it is looking or an idividual and if you are not that individula please type in your phone number.

I have recently been receiving calls from 800-565-1524, when I answer the phone, recording says.."this call is for" and then the call end.. This is very annoying and I want it to stop..If it is dept collectors, they need to know who they are calling before agreeing to call people!

We received a phone call from this company On Thanks Giving day. This is ridiculous and I am getting sick of this. I tried to call their corporate phone number and goes to a voicemail (800) 617-0049. I am going to follow the recommendations to file my complaints and also take this to the General attorneys office. I am going to find out who is the debt supposedly owed to and will complaint about them also so like I at least have an idea what his scam is all about. I am getting sick that companies like this get away with not following rules, but if we break them then we would get in serious trouble.

I am getting calls from this number every day around 8am and sometimes 2x/day!!! Thanks for the info on reporting them to the FCC. Will go do that now.

I get a call from this number twice a day. Everytime I pick up I get NOTHING. No voice, no recording, nothing. I am getting really irritated!

Please help us to stop receiving calls from this number.  Very disrupting to our family life.  Up to 3 times a day.

They call ALL THE TIME - We have no debt owed and it drives us crazy.  I followed the suggestion above and filled out an on-line complaint.  It is fast and easy and everyone should do it EVERY TIME they call.          

"Report them to the FCC using their easy-to-use "FCC Consumer Complaints" page.  The more people that do it, the faster they are investigated for their tactics (especially with the ridiculous number of false-positives coming from their automated dialers).  Just do the following (1) select "Telemarketing, Prerecorded Messages and Do-Not-Call", (2) select "'Abandoned Calls' ('Silent Calls,' 'Dead Air Calls' from a telemarketer) and 'War Dialing' received on your residential or business telephone", and (3) fill out the provided online form."
