this number came up on my checking account and i don't know these people or have ever had any contact with them in them in the past. i surely never gave them my account number to withdraw any funds . this is a scam . call your bank and stop them
rtull684 2011-06-06 20:58:06 Unknown
my card got denied last night for a small purchase I knew I had the funds to cover. I look online at my checking account this morning and there is a $14.95 fee to a place I had never heard of. Found out on here what it was all about. I'm definitely not doing any business with Vista Print again. What were they thinking!!! I'm sending Vista Print an email to cancel my account with them immediately.
Mike 2011-06-06 20:58:06 Unknown
I also received two billings on my credit card statement. One was from the 1-800-961-2075 number, another was from 877-581-0181. Both charges were for $14.95. I had placed two vista print "free card" orders and did my very best to NOT sign up for these programs - but apparently I failed somehow. Anyway, I called Vista Print and talked to a service rep named Brian. Brian contacted the companies and told me as of today (7/29/08) that they will refund the charges. We'll see what happens!

Same nonsense.
Tried to tell me that just by looking at the 10.00 off offer, I signed up.
Two to three billing cycles I will be reimbursed.
No trying to explain or to change my mind.
Just gave my money back.

This was a number that was posted on a checking account transaction. However when I called it back, they asked that I enter my credit card number used to create the account, in order for me to talk to anyone. Not even pushing "0" would get me to an operator.

I did not receive a phone call from them, but I received a charge on my debit card from them. I tried to call them to find out what happened and they won't let you contact them without giving them your credit card number, your member ID, or your phone number. Talked with the bank and they don't have any more information than I do. I am turning in a form to get the charge reversed.

I just called and they are suppose to credit my account as well - we will see but yes it is from vistaprint
linda92595 2009-08-24 18:39:45 Unknown
I also received not one but two charges. I called and e-mailed Vista and told them that they had better reverse the charges. I never sighed up for anything or agreed to anything. In fact I remember not clicking any links. I also turned them into my credit card company for fraud. I intend to pursue this as far as I can even going to the Attorney General if I have to but they had better discontinue this practice before they get sued.

was also charged on my credit card..called the 800 number ..the computer canceled my "membership"..then I obtained a live person who promised to refund the money in 3 days..You are all right ..this whole thing is rip city..Vista Print has seen the last of my business
Knoxville 2009-01-26 14:13:15 Unknown
About 5 minutes after cancelling my membership on the phone with a live person, I received a confirmation email from the company saying my membership had been cancelled with a confirmation number attached. So they're selling our email addresses too???
Knoxville 2009-01-26 14:05:08 Unknown
I found the credit on my account on Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I called and cancelled my account and they said they would credit my account in 2 business days. I will update this entry to let everyone know if they did in fact credit it. I'm considering calling Vista Print and complaining...I don't want to use their services if this is what happens!
AlexTrungHuynh 2008-12-24 05:47:35 Unknown

I just got an email indicating I had a membership in passporttofunplus, and the next billing date was going to be 12/25/08. I immediately canceled online. I won't be using Vistaprint again.
BoiseStar 2008-12-09 19:20:33 Unknown
I'm done with Vista Print. Never, EVER again will they see a dime of my money!
Leigh 2008-11-21 19:36:54 Unknown
I TOO just saw the charge on my credit card. I just called Vistaprint and told them I wanted to talk to a customer service manager and when they asked WHY... I told them that what they did was fraudulent a scam. The customer service mgr is Tyson Reid and the President of the company is Robert Skeane out of Lexington MA. My next call is to the Attorney Generals office and then all my friends in the media.
I have purchased alot of stuff from this company and this pisses me off. When I called it turns out that they billed me TWO TIMES so if you have ordered more than one time you better look back at your bills/invoices/statements...

I too had this on my account, thing is I DID NOT activate anything when I ordered VisaPrint. However, when I called for the inquiry and to tell them to refund it, the first thing I said was this is a buisness account and business credit card and he immediatly said I am so sorry and will refund it (before I asked for the refund). So maybe some law about charging business' i do not know but that got him to immediatly say i am so sorry.

How silly! This is unethical. Vista print, My trust in you is GREATLY diminshed.
gabe 2008-09-18 12:52:28 Unknown
ya it's passport to fun. problem is, i know i never signed up with them for anything. i'd never heard of them till my wife said there was a charge on our bank account for them. i followed the prompts and had my membership canceled.
steelmon 2008-09-17 15:11:12 Unknown
I found out today that my card was also billed $14.95. I called the number that was on my bank statement and talked to the guy there that was really helpful. He canceled the account & said that my money would be refunded in 3 days. He said that after you place an order with Vistaprint and the screen comes up to get $10 cash back then that automatically signs you up for the passporttofun....so buyer beware. I will still do business with Vistaprint but I will be more aware to read the small print and doublecheck what I am clicking on.
dani 2008-08-31 01:21:58 Unknown
I purchased letter head from Vistaprint today, I was not paying attention and when offered to received $10 I clicked yes. Anyways, it was from passporttofun, I received a confirmation number from vistaprint on ,my email, I called the number to cancel and they told me that the account would be canceled.

I, too, just received a charge after ordering my business cards from VistaPrint. Won't be using them again - I thought their checkout process annoying and way to complicated with all sorts of extraneous things. I did not want the Passport to fun thing and am pretty pissed I have to spend my time to deal with it.
mtngrandpa 2008-05-13 18:24:16 Unknown
Thanks to everyone that posted here before. I called vistaprint.com on their support number 800-961-2075 and the menu does have a selection for passporttofun. Like your experiences, the person said that they would refund all charges.
They also explained that a pop-up window after placing a vistaprint order is how the charge was activated. I find it totally unacceptable for a honest company to engage in such "pop-up rip-off's" after I completed a online transaction with them.
I SWEAR, I WILL NEVER DO VISTAPRINT again, and hope to spread the word to all that I know. THEY USE "RIP-OFF" Tactics. A honest company would not be involved with passporttofun. "VISTAPRINT is A RIP-OFF COMPANY"

Apparently Vistaprint gives these people our credit card number and they charge us this 14.95 fee - crazy! But, they were extremely polite and said they would refund the money within two business days. Im thinking vistaprint is going to lose all their customers, and maybe have some lawsuits...thats just crazy!

A charge was made to my debit card with this # posted to it. I called this number and the charge was through VistaPrint as well, though when ! told them that I absolutely didn't authorize the charge or the service they offered a refund within the next 2 business days.
mommybradley 2008-02-06 17:32:06 Unknown
I also received this on my checking account. I was able to speak with someone after hitting #3, and then 0. They sai that during checkout on VistaPrint I opted for a "free Trial" of their service. I was able to have them cancel the account. But was not able to get them to reverse the charges. I guess it means that I need to be 100% sure when ordering ANYTHING online about checking or unchecking boxes at a checkout. It is kind of scary that this company was able to use the CC# that I provided VistaPrint.

This company took money out of my checking account. How in the world did they get my card number? I called the 800 # and canceled the memebership asap. money still has not been put back in my account.
bigdaddy327 2008-01-07 22:22:31 Unknown
This number was posted as a transaction on a checking account.
Enter your phone number in order to get your membership number. Then listen for the prompts (I believe it's #2) to ask questions about your membership. Wait for about a minute then you will speak to a live person who will ask for your member ID. It's the passport to fun which offers rebates on retailers. More than likely you may remember the site you used which may have sent you to a link for this. Just demand they cancel your membership and they will credit your account.
