I've been getting calls from this company for awhile now.  Majority of the time they would not leave a message until now. When they left a voicemail, I can tell that they are reading from a piece of paper saying "If this is you , there will be a 3 second pause ..."  (sounds famillar?) . I decided to look up this company after constantly being awakened at 8-8:30AM on a daily basis. There are alot of complaints about this company (some from former employees). Stopdebtcollector.com has sued this company before. They harrase and threaten people, not being professional and respectful. look up the company name and see what is being said about the company.  Hope this helps.

Left his name as Ben Wallace and said he had an important business message and to call him back.  Keeps calling several times a day and leaves same message.

They are calling my work now. I called them back, got a recording, left a message telling them to NOT call me at work anymore. Now they call me at work and don't say anything. I know it's them because I get the phone number of '5555555555' (not sure how many 5s). I am considering calling an attorney. After you tell them to not call you at work they are required to stop. If someone knows different or has more details, please let us know.

I get the same call about 2 or 3 calls a day. I just finished hearing a message they left:
Hello, This is Ben Wallace calling. I have an important personal business matter to discuss with you. For resolution call today at 1-800-567-9990. Again that number is 1-800-567-9990.

Got a few calls each month that said "This is Ben Wallace, I have an important business matter to discuss with you." 18005679990. called the number. was national enterprise systems. I pressed 3 to change a billing arrangement. Told the person Ben Wallace called me. She asked for my phone number. I gave it to her. She gave me the name of the person Ben was looking for. It wasn't me. She said she would take my phone number off the list. I had received other calls and letters looking for the same person, so he must have run up some debt.

I got a call today. Looks like Ben is getting around. Shreveport, LA

call everyday and leave same recorded message- thanks to above listed posting with their email- will contact them and tell them to quit calling- very annoying!!! there is a special place in hell for these idiots who waste our time!

Called me today and said that my husband owes $9945 on a credit card and that it was turned over to an collection agency.The caller gave me the 4 ending numbers and the name of the credit card.We do not own a card with the numbers he gave us. FRAUD totally.I called up my credit card and they checked on my account and we only have the one we know that has no balance.BEWARE I asked him for a phone# this is what he gave me 800-567-9990

calls several times a week and gets through my privacy director screening and then leaves a message about an important matter to discuss. No one ever answers when I pick up.

I believe this company may be calling unsuspecting Americans to trick them into giveing details on their identity to sell this information to a third party.

After 25 or 30 calls from these people, I called the number. It is, indeed, a collection agency. I've had my current phone number for a little over a year and this wasn't the first time a CA tried to contact the guy who previously had it.  I asked them to remove my number from their list and they complied.

receive a call from this number every  afternoon. i never respond to this call on my answering machine. also hang up when i am home and answer.

FYI Ben Wallace is a basketball player who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers (ohio) The company you guessed it is in Solon Ohio, soooo fake name!

I've been getting the same call from "Ben Wallace" of 800-567-1819 and also a "David Crane" of 800-204-1819 for about a month now on my landline phone. Sometimes 2-3 times a day, every day. They come up as UNKNOWN on my caller ID and say the same thing in the recorded message--"Hello. This is Ben Wallace (or David Crane) calling. I have an important personal business matter to discuss with you. For resolution call today at 1-800-204-1819 (or 800-567-9990). Again that number is 1-800-204-1919" (or 800-567-9990).

I am on the do not call list and no have outstanding debt. I have been researching these numbers online and find they are from the same debt collection company.
From what I have read--It looks like they are horrible people, making threats, calling people at random or calling the wrong people who just happen to have a similar name, etc.
I just filed a complaint with the FTC about them. Who knows if it will stop the calls.

AS THE REST OF THE PEOPLE THAT RECEIVED THIS CALL FROM 1-800-567-9990, I TRIED TO CATCH A NAME BUT DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ONE.   I DO NOT KNOW WHY, OR WHOM THIS MIGHT BE,, AND WHY THEY WOULD BE CONTACTING ME, I HAVE NO CLUE.   I WANT IT STOPPED AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE FINDS OUT WHO THIS MIGHT BE AS I HAVE BEEN ON A "NO CALL LIST"  FOR A LONG TIME.

Call from Out of Area...but, it's the same ol' Ben Wallace and he has an important message to discuss with you....for resolution today call 1800-567-9990...obviously, it's a recording, everyone else gets the same message.  How do we stop it?

I get a call from this Ben Walace 3 to 5 times a week. for about a month now. No option to put yourself on a do not call list.
