I am not sure who these people are, but what I do know is they call and ask you by your first name.  They don't identify who they are, and they call at least once a day.  If anyone knows who these people please share.  Thanks.

Still no ID on them, but I'm sure it is a collection agency. Got a call today about a former employee. Only time someone calls for him is collections agencies.

just got a call from this number, and an automated female voice asked me to hold to speak to someone.  Dont know of any legit companies or firms that operate in this manner.

They have called me twice on my cell phone; the first time I didn't answer; the second time I hung up after the machine told me to hold to speak to someone.  I tried calling back and also got "Jefferson Capital Systems LLC".  I Googled that name and found several reports stating that this company made up debts they owe to try to get them to sign up for a credit card.  Sounds like they're fraudulently trying to get your financial information.  Here are a couple of the reports I found:

Callback says Jefferson Capital Systems LLC...in other words..some stupid collection agency

I keep getting this number on my cell phone. They leave no voicemail nor can I call the number back. I reported this to Verizon just to make sure that it wasn't a clone device.

I got a call from this number today at 9:26 AM. I didn't know the number so I let the answering machine pick up. There only was music playing and then a recording said, "please continue to hold while we connect your call". I don't answer number I don't know.

Knew my fist name but didn't tell who they are. Spoke to my wife.
