I have received several phone calls from this phone number. Obviously, this is a fax machine calling.

Got a fax for Life Insurance with 1-800-578-2607 listed as their fax back numbner BUT another phone number listed at bottom to be removed from their list: 1 800 695-6412. When you call 1 800 695-6412, says to key in your phone number and you'll be removed. Did it yesterday after 3 days of unsolicited faxes and didn't get one today... good luck!
