Everything you say here is the TRUTH. I've seen all of these crooks and cons. Never spent must time around them. I have values and morals. Tammy has a son name Justinn who's developmentally disabled. She won't say so, but, we all believe it's Jamie Foxx's kid. looks just like him. He dumped her when she got pregnant and is not in their lives and has not been since he dumped her. She was just a jump-off for him. She drank and did drugs while she was pregnant with Justinn and did the same with this last kid. She's a Cape Verdian from Plymouth, Mass. I happen to know Tammy from 10 years ago when she was a Medical Billing Consulting and she was a con artist then.  She used to constanly talk about how she was dating Jammie Foxx.  Shortly after training my group, she went to jail for stealing from a DOCTOR.  Her brother and herself are the best cons in the world.  He was to be paid $60 an hour for a service.  He was with me for only 1 hour but charged me for 2 hours but I have to say that it's all of our fault.  Whatever the new thing is for the season, they have a con ready for you.  It only works because they are both very attractive people.  Even their mother works for them.  She used to be the one answering the phones.  For some reason, my mother told me NEVER to deal with people from Pennsylvania in ANY copacity.  Personal or business.  I guess mothers do really know best.

Marina Martin is a complete B#t*h. She gave that training company a wrong pay pal address and when it was corrected she refused to accept payment.  Here is an actual copy of her paypal payment. Marina's chose to contact an attorney and deface the company name with her lies.  After she made it a legal matter the executives had no other choice but to stop payment on her check.

This perosn takes advantage of professional like myself who are Certified QBs Advisor.  She books the Hotel and then find people like myself who believe that this is a respectable company but never get paid.  The students don't know but the instructor don't get paid.

I received the same unsolicited fax and investigaged further. Here are some details:

They just changed their website address to wwww.Software-Training-Company.com. This is the 8th web site address used by these people over the last 3 years. They conveniently changed web site addresses to stay ahead of the authorities.

The culprit is a person named "Tammy Pocknett". She can be reached at her home address:

She has been sued in Orange county for illegal advertising and fraud.

These people are a real problem. Stay away from anything she's involved with!

I received the fax and took the class. I wish I knew that it was illegal to send junk faxes...because then I would have known that these people are rip-off artists. Everything about their operation was a joke and a rip-off. I asked for a refund half way through the first day. I have waited for weeks and phoned them many times...but they refuse to respond.

Take this class at your own risk! They are truly sleazeballs. I have started action through our state attorney general to make sure no one else here has to deal with these people!

After reading this, I even phoned and asked for Tammy Pocknett. Of course, they refused to pass me through to her.

Tammy and her brother Dwayne have been sued in Orange County for their false advertising and public fraud.  If you do business with these people, in any of their business forms (always changing), you do so at your own risk.

The reason Intuit has not heard of them is because it is not the company that is the Quickbooks Pro Advisor it is the individual teaching the classes.  I happen to know of several Quickbooks Pro Advisor instructors that teach the classes and they don't work for Intuit.
I find it interesting that the capability to do fax blast is out there since it is against the law.
There are thousands of people who have benefited from the Quickbooks classes.

I received the fax and took the class.  I have taken QuickBooks Classes in the past and by far this is the best class I have taken.  The trainer was excellent and loved the hands on
