I had an overdue bill from Aquila and IC Solutions is the contracted collection agency for them.  I called the 800 number back and they took care of everything.

they called and left a messsage saying they were a collection agency and left thier  # but did not say who they were or whom they were representing.. they have called many times but are not there when i answer , i have waited as long as seven seconds and they do not answer this may be a scam to get  SS #'s and bank accoount  #'s

This is some company called IC Systems or something similar (voice mail recording was chopped off).  They are a collection agency.  But not sure for what vendor(s).

They called.... I didn't answer. Has called before.  In my opinion, if they really wanted to talk to me, they could at least put their name on the caller id, not take the cowards way out and hide.

I checked my cell phone and it said that I had a missed call with no call duration from (800) 585-7585. They have called me quite a few times and I don't know who they are, but it has to be a business from the 1-800 #...
