I sent an e-mail which & cc'd my e-mail address.  On my cc'd version of e-mail their email address for 254-34 appears as:  8005899900@yahoo.com
I googled the # 8005899900 & found the same complaints referenced on website.  Per that site  it's the # Info Svc @ (800) 921-6800 (however, I haven't checked that out). I did check out a website referenced:

I don't know what it is but I looked up numsvc.com's registration and it's registered to a domain proxy in Portugal which means the real owner of the website does not want to be found. I advise staying away from it. Replying in any manner might result in a big charge to you on your phone bill.

This number comes up after I enter "STOP & REMOVE" from a text message that read: "The # Info Svc, at 800-921-6800, has been renewed for another month! Support? www.numsvc.com".
