I keep getting calls from 800-591-8269 no message no sound just a nuisance. Who is it? I suspect robo call to determine when I am home and can be targeted for other calls

has called at least 15 times today and 20 times yesterday.no message or content just annoyance! should be a way to trace this number and put an end to this.

I received 4-5 calls from this number over the weekend - didn't answer until Monday AM.
That said, It's what I would consider a *safe* call.
It's from a Proxy solicitation firm - basically if you've received a ballot from an investment firm or from a publicly held company, and haven't returned the ballot - they ask for your votes over the phone.

Has called 34 times over last 4 days, sometimes every 20 minutes. If I answer, nothing heard. Never leaves a message.
