These people will not stop calling. Anyone who says they are a good company is lying like hell. You can not be that rude and be legimate.

Received call form them.  Said he was Adam and company name was Merchant Services.  Wanted to speak to owner about changes to our credit card processing.  We us Sage...not Merchant Service.  Tried to call them back but got a recording that the call could not be completed as dialed.  Didn't sound like normal telephone recordings.

This company called my business several times over a three week period.  They sent their sales reps out to visit with me and then told me they could only save me about $85 per month off my current service.  $85 per month, that's it, for wasting an hour of my time.  Come on now, they should at least paid me for my time. If they were going waste my time by saving me money, they should have told me up front.

Call today with misleading comments implying at first he was associated with my merchant acct.  Asked for me by firstname (I'm business owner) I asked if they were my merchant card provider....gave me the no but....started on his sales pitch.

I said put me on your do not call list.  Response, this is not a list...getting pretty brusk.  (Makes no difference to me, it is still a solitication).

I hung up on him.  He immediately called back 4 times (I dropped the call 3 times, then let it go to voice mail.  Of course, no message.

As he started his pitch, I didn't really catch the names...something financial merchant services.

Sure SCAM like....definately don't do any business with these toads.

I am the owner of a business and I use these guys for my CC processing. At first I had a hard time because the original agent was difficult to contact. However, After calling the actual office I was directed to another agent and so far he has been excellent. His name is John and he is really helping me along especially since this is my first business.
I had some trouble with another merchant and he helped me get out of my agreement with them.
I can call anytime if I have questions and what not.
I am not an employee for them either, you can verify my business is legit by looking up Spotlight Resolutions on the NYS LLC business database.

Brandon from Oram Builder Corporate a whole lot of Cr*p called from 623-748-0861. He asked to be transfered to owner I stated to him he was not in but I can take a message and he proceeded to say I am supposed to call him to meet. Cleary the TELESCAMMER was trying hard to maintain a deep voice. I asked him for his phone number and half way Through his speech I disconnected.

Aurum Financial is the most unprofessional and more alarming unethical companies I've ever had the misfortune of working with.  Promised the world going in and delivered nothing.  Still waiting on a service fee credit they promised 1 year ago and they refuse to return my calls.

Try this number 602-773-5475 that's what my caller id had when they called me.

They called two businesses I know one from 602-385-7250 ext 108 derek.  The other number they called from 480.221.6687 Johnny Haw and Ira Johnson. They say they are with Aurum Bancard when googled there is no web site

So how long have you worked for them? So sick of getting hung up on that you have to make up BS stories to try to get people to fall for your BS?

This company is a telemarketing company. When they tell you your acount has been flaged by visa that is a lie because I was able to call any biz and give them the script. They will not absorb your contract. They are wanting your services. There are times when you set a time to meet they dont even show up. They make some kind of reason they didnt make it but it is always a lie. They say you can save half of your money by going with them but when they sit down with you half the time they cant because its based on how much you bring in on visa and mastercard.There are other reasons I dont even know about.

We have been called every day for the last 3 months by Aurum Financial. They say they are merchant services. Have become very obnoxious if you wont schedule a meeting.  Now, they are calling, saying they have a meeting and are coming in, that they cannot cancel the meeting????
they won't take you off caller list.  have been called by Mark, and Lance. will allow next appointment and will call police.

And what might fall under the category of "much better things to do with their time"?  Maybe making fake posts on 800notes???

Great company! Pay-Tech was ripping me off big time!! I'm so glad they were able to save me MY money, talk about an eye opener. Highly recommend them.

Brittany from Aurum Financial called and asked for me by name (not owner). Made it sound like she was calling from our current provider, so I listened. Asked if I knew what "Risk Matrix" was and explained that we were flagged by V/MC as low risk.  She said we can skip the middlemen and save money on our credit card processing by using their "tier 2" company.  Was persistent, but not rude, in trying to get someone out here to talk to me.  CB# is 602-385-7250 ext 108

Ok, I got another call this time i listened to the entire pitch. i thought they were selling somthing however it seems they are the tier 2 provider for CC processing. I am having them out ill keep this post updated

I just recieved a call from 800-592-1370 on my cell phone.  I called the number for Aurum Financial at 877-287-8637 to tell them to take me off the call list.  The person that answered said they don't have a "list" so they can't take me off of it.  Then he went on to tell me that they only call people who are "flagged" by Visa or Mastercard on their merchant account.  Sounds fishy since we don't use our merchant account more than once a quarter and I am in good standing with them. I'm just going to block the number.

This company should be reported to local police department, if they said they have an appointments let them to come to your location call the police.

Thanks. They are a horrible, horrible, horrible company. Daily calls, sometimes 3 a day and very rude. When I finally asked the "rep" what the name of the company was. She lied. And said "Orem" and that they were out of California. And when I asked for the direct company phone number, she gave me an 800 number to a sex hotline. Thanks for their REAL number. I hope they finally remove me from their list.

Merchant Services 1-800-592-1370 calls daily, its a scam.  Call 1-877-287-8637 and tell them to take you off their list.  They can be down nasty sometiumes, dont listen to Jason above me.....he probably works their.

Ive currently signed up with aurum financhial merchant services and they are really a tier 2 provider and they do offer amazing rates, right now my flat rate fee is a 1.49% and im bringing in $25,000 volume a month, awesome company, they came to my store and met with me and explained everything to me in person.  VERY LEGIT COMPANY i recomend to anyone looking to get a better rate with there processing fee.

Calls daily. Sometimes multiple times. Claims they're informing me of a change to my merchant services account. When I tell them I'm not authorizing any changes, they say they're not asking me to change anything, they're trying to notify me of a change being made by Visa/Mastercard. I told them to notify me in writing; they refuse, saying V/MC have not authorized them to do so.

Once or twice, they admit that they're trying to schedule an appointment to switch my MA to their vendor, but most agents do everything they can to avoid saying anything about that. Recently, I just tell them "Not interested" and hang up. Usually, this provokes them to call back 2-5 times within just a few seconds (I guess attempting to tie up my phone line?). I've asked repeatedly of both agents and managers to be removed from the call list (usually they claim they've done so), but the calls continue.

These people keep calling me on a daily basis, same crap as above about the "change to my credit card processing account..."

Funny thing is when I call them back this 800-592-1370 number is disconnected.

Tracked call today from 800-592-1370.  Has called at least 10 times in the past month asking to speak to our owner.  Says he's from Merchant Services and needs to speak with him about changes on our account.

Aurum Financial.  Credit card processing.  Tells me there have been changes in credit card processing.  Am I aware?  I have spoken to someone from this company before. Told them to take me off their list.  This guy was ugly.  My husband and I own a business together.  He asked for him and I told him I was an owner and made decisions.  He said he would call back when my husband was here.  Good luck.  I blocked the call.
