acs are a company who represent a number of charitable organisations, apparently, at least that is what their answering machine says.i left a msg to have my number removed.they can call if they are registered as a charitable org but once you ask to be removed they are supposed to do so.

They have called my house three times in one day.  The caller ID states "800-598-5045".  I did call their number back and told them to remove me from their calling list.

This number, 800-598-5045, has called my home phone six times in three minutes this evening.  It continues to call my house even though over the last month, every evening and throughout the day, I receive a dozen calls per day.  I won't answer due to solicitation even after putting my number on the NDC list.  If there is a loophole, they will find it.
