Caller continues to call stating they are calling on behalf on the Public Utility Commission. The person doubletalks on the voice message, The name of their company is Itron.
I keep getting the same call at the same time from different people, same scripted voice message...

Itron designs and manufactures electrical meters, and also writes software that utility companies use. The division that I work for does telephone surveys about energy efficiency among homes and businesses. We do research only--no sales at all.
