US Bank .. I have been getting calls from 877-838-4347  - many calls. When I do take the call it is from the above - US Bank. some calls as late as 11:00pm. I dont have and have never had an account with US Bank, and I informed them of that many times.
I finally wrote a letter to the General Counsel at US Bank, and after a number of days it finally stopped - BUT  they are a scam, and I hired a law firm in mpls to look into this. it is likely against the law for them to be robo calling like this and I am outraged.

They are most likely calling to collect a debt from US Bank.

Caller ID's himself as Leon from US bank, say's it's important i call back. Used 2 call abck numbers. Other one is 1 800 291 5892.

Yes, it is a scam. What I want to know is: how did they get my mailing address and phone number?! Who do we yell at for that?

They call all day and all night, weekdays and weekends. They start at 6:30 am! and these calls are also to my cell phone. I already talked to Real US Bank Collections and this is NOT any of the numbers for them. I also got a postcard with this number, that I threw away because it didn't have a return address or say who it was from. I also don't answer my phone if a name in my phone book doesn't come up with the number. These people are obvious scammers. So, how do we get them to stop? I'm going to call US Bank Collections Dept. on Monday and tell them about this number. And then, I'm going to call my cell phone company and see how I can block this number from my phone - or at least how to report them to someone who can get them to stop.

I, too, have been getting calls MANY TIMES A DAY at both my work number and my home number from 800-600-0155.  However, they call and then when they get voice mail or my answering machine, they hang up and have NEVER LEFT A MESSAGE.  I am so annoyed with constant calls that are hang ups.  Why bother to call me at all and not leave a message?  I need to figure out how to block this number, and I'm really concerned with them calling my work number -- that is so not cool.

I suggest you register with the National Do Not Call registry and threaten to report them.

It is a scam !!! Never have done business w/ US bank for anything & NEVER WILL !!!

I know I owe US Bank money on the credit card.  They are calling at least 10 times a day from this as well as 2 other numbers.  If I answer they pressure me for money I don't have and tell me they can call me every day even if I tell them I have no money and will not have any money for at least a month.  They also send post  cards with these numbers to call to me and my family.  I have major health problems, lost job, huge healthcare bills - like a lot of people in the country during this recession.  I can't take it much anymore, the 10 calls per day, messages, calls to neighbors, family, my present part time job (that has just threatened to fire me over the calls). If this is an original bank the US Bank has told me that no part of the Fair Debt Collections Act applies to me and they can call, postcards, call over 10 times a day because they are the original bank.  Nice to know we bailed out US BANK with TARP funds but they won't help the ill or down on their luck.  By the way, the phone operators are really mean and rude and have told me they don't care about my situation or other bills.  I'm so down I can't stand it and all these calls are making me CRAZY!
I'm broke and I'm just so sad.  I'm not some deadbeat - just really ill (which is going to kill me), underemployed, lost everything.

This Number belongs to US Bank Collections. They are trying to collect for a Credit Card , or some sort of Debt. The never leave a message. They call and if no one answers, they keep calling.

yea, they call me all the time.. its us bank card services.. the service is a scam.. i paid them $1k for a secure card, and now after using my $1k they want another or they send me to collections.. its a f****ng scam just like every other bank out there.. secure my a***.. more like take your money then make you pay 2 times.

They claim to be Card Services and have called me everyday for months. I have told them the person they are looking for does not live here. (he hasn't for a year and a half)I have given them the only number I have for him and have asked them to stop calling but everyday around noon I get a call.  Make it stop!!!

I've been getting a ton of calls from this number as well, and they never leave a message.  I've finally blocked the number as, except for when they call on the weekend, I'm usually at work, but since they can't be bothered to leave a message, I can't be bothered to answer.

I do not have any accounts with US Bank, so there's no reason for them to be trying to call me unless it's a scam, which, based on what I've read here, it seems like it probably is.

This number called me on my work phone. The strangest part is that they would have had to dial my extension to get through to me. I don't have nor have I ever had any accounts with US Bank and there is absolutely NO reason they or anyone else should have my work number. No message was left, but I found all of this very interesting when I googled the number.

To former US Bank employee, if they are from cardmember services, then why in the hell are they asking for soc sec nimbers?, Confidenciality purposes? That's BS and u know it!!

It is not a scam. IF you don't want to talk or pay is fine (I owe them money too) but it is US Bank and their credit card dept and lines of credit are known as "Cardmember Services". The weird questions on names and ssn and acct numbers that raises suspicions in calls is actually for Confidenciality purposes, they are not going to talk to anyone but the account holders. US Bank is highest in country Privacy practices, if if that means it's harder for them to get a hold of you to collect.

I got a postcard in the mail that had my address handwritten (but wrong street number) and on the back side was the telephones, 1-800-600-0155 and 314-996-0039, plus ask for Julia Grant.
I called the 800 number and got a recording that stated it was "Card Services", with no mention of what bank and/or credit card, but three options of which buttons to push.
Sorry, but if they will not state which credit card and/or bank they are with, to me it is a totally sketchy and lacks integrity.

Received a call that was "threatening" in tone. Couldn't understand who the caller was and they told me to call by 5pm or something serious would happen with my account. Also, no mention of the company they were calling from. Hello - what the heck. People who work for companies who teach those practices need to find a better job. Lacks integrity don't you think?

Received call on my CELL!  Lady left a message, because I NEVER answer the phone if I do not know who is calling, especially if the caller ID reads UNKNOWN.  WTF, they want me to call back and resolve this issue TODAY?  No thanks.  Message deleted.  Checking my Credit to see if they have something on me, but highly doubt it!

Received a piece of paper with a stamp on it saying they have been trying to reach me. And to call Ms. Evans at 800-600-0155 ext. 60034. When I called it seemed strange from the start. I wasn't directed to that extention after asking for it. Then immediately they asked for personal info and for a payment. They said it was being collected on behalf of us bank. The weird part is that I don't have anything with us bank.

Post card to me and family members, call 314-996-0010 or 800-600-0155 x6010, ask for Lana.  Called, they want the credit card number that you want to inquire about.  WHAT?!!  I may have been born at night but I wasn't born last night.  They also want a checking account number from which to take a payment.  Yea, OK!  They also, in a letter, referenced US Bank.  I've contacted the USPS and US Bank.

Probably a collection agency of some sort, knowing my dad. Probably a sketchy lender, also knowing my dad.

these people are nuts, they have been calling my house for 2 years, sending post cards, I was civil many times and asked them to STOP - they have the wrong person - they are so very very very secreitive, would not tell me the name of their company and asked me for my Social Security Number - what in the hell? HOw can they get away with this?
