Amy, they are a HUGE scam. It's been going on for a few years now.  Do not confirm any of yoiur info and DO NOT send them any money. Put a fraud watch on all your account and contact yourt bank.  File a report online at www.ic3.gov.  Also, check out the post by "lament" under the phone number 714-855-2593 on this site, it has the whole story.  Good luck, once they have your number they keep calling under different names and companies.

I had a message from a guy saying his name is jack taylor from the united states legal investiation department saying my name is involved in a legal matter in a big finance company,I dont know who he is and what he is talking about.
