Harassing calls repeatedly asking for someone that has not, nor ever lived at my residence. Returned their call to have my numbver removed and was treated as a hostile. Rude, and abusive.

I have sent a registered mail calling for a cease of harrasment.
After being repeatedly insulted and belittled by these rude lowbrow neanderthals for a person I repeatedly told them I did not know and that my unlisted # has belonged to my family for years.
They will pay the price as I have had a trap put on my phone and am working with my state rep of the federal trade comm. One more call from this trash and they will  be facing heavy fines.
Bring it on!!

Please report them to your state representative and congress man, the best way to deal with them is have their # blocked by your service provider

they were the nicest people i have ever talked to. They were very professional about collecting a debt.

A man called looking for my husband. Right from the very begining he was very rude & very loud. I told him my husband wasn't home during the day so I would take his number & have my husband call him when he got home. He started screaming at me! I tried to tell him not to scream at me, but he wouldn't listen. So I started screaming back at him telling him he was harrassing me & that he didn't need to be screaming like that. He was very obnoxious. He was not professional at all. I understand if we owe money to someone they should call, but there is no need for anyone to call you & act that way. You get more bee's with honey, then to be ignorant. Makes you not want to work things out with these companies.

Message on my voice mail from a "Tom Travelino" (sp?) with Transworld Systems.  Left a number of 800-605-4112 and an ID number.  Said I owed a debt to a company.  At the end of the message, he left a different number, 847-969-7970.

Just for fun, I called back and got a "Daniel Gonzales", who asked for my name and phone number.  When I inquired as to the nature of the debt, he said it was for a bank that I have never done business with.  When I pressed for details, he said he couldn't give me that information but that it didn't matter because they had confirmed this as a good number to reach me at and would continue to pursue the issue.

He continued to press for details such as my home address and birth year, which I refused to give him.  Asked for his supervisor, who is apparently the infamous "Tom Travelino" but won't be in until 8:00 tomorrow morning.  I'll probably call back just to continue the fun.

person called and called and called my phone.  when i called the number back they asked for a "meghan". no one by that name that i know.  the person rudely told me "then nevermind" and was going to hang up.  i asked what the last name was and was told "i said have a good day" and hung up.

screening ur calls can be fun especially when its these numbers, these guys think they kno how to smart talk everybody but they got tricked by a high school drop out with a college degree. it dnt matter how much money i have hes still not get none! i asked him if his car had a flat, and he brought it to me to fix the flat and i gave it to him back still on the flat would i get paid even though it was bad service even the way we got wit him... poor service from another company that didnt fix a problem but yet wanted their hands out. you know wut they say, want in one hand, s**t in the other.. see which one got full the quickest. he lies to you and says all he can take is a credit card but as u all know if theres anyway of gettin money a money order is just as good as cash and he didnt get EITHER... my advice to you, log the calls from this number call ur state rep or congress and get these laws passed!!! there is no way that i would pay anyone out of state for somethin that was done in a different state. this guy said his name was Mr. Mahony my daughter called him back actin like my wife.. WE SCAMED HIM. although we asked for this guy he took the call OF COURSE .... he was probably the only one there and would probably answer for any nameS to screw you out of a buck.. somethin needs to be done with this company... my wife has heart trouble and this guy wants to raise his voice and got very loud, and very rude.her blood pressure to cause or induce the heart attack from all this harrassing. would love to see this company out of business.

I keep getting repeated calls from this anoying collection agency. they need to get there numbers right b4 they choose to call someone! btw they like to keep calling me week after week and 4x or more a week. and they leave me this persons message and info name, and more to call back on? this is third party disclosure and should be stoped! it is giving someones info to me that I don't even need to be aware of!

I have power of attorney for my son, I simply called for a fax# with no avail. He is getting calls everyday from this company.  Which is illegal, once this company makes actual contact, they may not call you for another 7 days.  Federal law states 3 days to leave a message and 7 days for contact.  If you are being harrassed you can contact the federal trade commission.  When they do there investigations and find this company has way to many violations.  They will be charged a federal fee and will be shut down.  To make a complaint

This is a collection agency, in our case I believe it is a medical bill. When I called they refused to speak to me as the bill is in my sons name. I spoke with a woman named Barbara Jones and she was a total rude b*tch!!! She actuallt threatened me on the phone and told me that I had btter have my son call her within 5 days or else. Ha, I laughed at her and hung up.

These people are horrible. Unfortunately I have worked with a few debt collector agencies but none like this. I was hung up on so I called back and they asked if I called back to settle the bill. When I told them 'no' that I was trying to get their name before they hung up on me, they hung up on me again. How is a company like this still in business?

They are a terrible  collection agency.. Had a daughter who worked for them and she ended upleaving when the state police came in to arrest a collecter.  He was using peoples credit info cards, banking and ordering items to be sent to his home address.  HOW DUMB!!!  They got him and the company has many lawsuits against DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BANKING INFO OR CREDIT CARD INFO!!! SEND CASHIER ? MONEY ORDERS!!!  VERY Disreputable!!!

I keep getting calls from this number and they refuse to tell me where they are located so I can send a certified letter to this company, they also are claiming they are lawyers and want me to make a payment over the phone to settle my debt. Now I have made stupid mistakes over the years but I am not stupid enough to give a person bank info over the phone who is not willing to tell any information about them but wants to know everything about me!

My number is a unlisted # and they told me my # was not in their database. They told me the guys name was not in their db all the while yelling at me. I asked for an apology and the response was "go to hell".
Next time they call I am dialing *57 on AT&T to have the call traced and will take legal action. I suggest all others do the same.

They keep calling me repeatedly for months and months . They are smart, condescending and pushy adn refuse to identify themselves. When you call them back they get aggressive. I finally looked them up, called and told them who they were and to take my name off my list and that i'd reported them to online credit harrasment .... these guys are highly annoying.

Called AGAIN on 1/22 at 9:44am.  I cannot wait until I am at home to find out who the hell this is!  Why don't they ever call on Friday when I don't work?!?!?
