not a scam. They represent student loans and are probably trying to negotiate a settlement or rehabilitation, They are great folks- trying to help people find their way back to solvency. At least this was my experience.

Its the same company that was listed on this site under a different phone number -- 732-339-6560, claiming to be PCR or Pioneer Credit. It's a scam, do not call back or answer.
