Trying to have people call with a reference number- that they are trying to locate people.  Don't call them back.  They harass and don't believe anything you say.

they have been calling my cell for days... apparently looking for my brother... according to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the TCPA they are NOT allowed to contact you or anyone they find via their skip tracing efforts via cell unless prior authorization is given.

Called a family and told her i used her as a reference and asked her personal information about me.

Received a message from the above number (New York 1-845-589-9273) at work from a Stacy Finch (Bench?) who left another number of 800/609-0274 looking for a Justin Shafer and left a "case" number of C74808 saying he left me as a contact reference.

I returned the call and asked for Stacy but got put on hold the about 4 minutes.  Got transfered to a "supervisor" and he was zero help as well.  Got put on hold again and connected to someone else who was little help.  This continued for about 10 minutes.

Although I know no Justin Shafer, and I told three people that, almost 13 minutes later, no answers, unanswered questions and LOTS of RUDE people refusing to answer ANYTHING you ask them.  Then when you confront them or demand an answer, they get super, incredibly rude and very defensive, especially the male supervisor who wouldn't give me his name!!!

They must be either a collection agency or the Umbrella Corporation!!!

These people called my work claiming to be a friend of mine. Now my job is in jeopardy.

Who the hell are these people?  They are calling my parents house looking for a guy a was married tooo 10 years ago.
They refuse to accept the fact that we are no longer together and do not speak.  These people are a**holes.

How is she finding people by looking stuff up on the internet on each one ? This is disgusting ! And pure evil. This woman needs locked up & out of society. She really is just not lying & rude. She is one twisted person. No one knows who she is. I doubt she's a debt person etc. She's a scammer.  She really has no life . Or whoever & whatever she is ! It makes me wonder !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

File a complaint about 8582440444 this site stacy is harssing and lying on here.  Via phone & Websites . She will.  It's like stalking. This woman people's had issues with for a while. Stacy is on a few sites I see. I reported her to the authorities. I had enough with her. I like to know her number also so I can send it in to the  authorities. These people have no life & are crazy ! I don't know though this person could be going under people's accounts pretending to be them. If it's the same woman. She will only get away with this crap for so long & She'll be caught.

it only takes four minutes. By law, they can can harrasse or lie. They called me playing games and lying and I filed a complaint. Everyone should do the same.

Some guy called me at work and said it was about my student loans, I know they are up to date so I said, "I can't get these kinds of calls at work" and he said "Well we are going to garnish you if you don't call back" so I took his number and I am going to have my husband call him and rip him a new one. A***oles

These people called my home repeatedly looking for my son or husband, or boyfriend.  They have said they are his work calling, an emergency medical call, and an old classmate.  Their work reference is 15 years old.  When I asked for a name I only got this number.  They have become increasingly rude and bold.  The use of obsenties and threats make me not care if this debt or whatever is ever taken care of!!!!!

these folks called my office saying that they had an issue with an organization I belong to and that I had been recommended to help them by teh president elect and that they would be calling the president , too, for help. When I called the number back thit was a collection agency and they where looking for someone else. I am extremely unhappy. This is very unprofessional behavior, not to mention unethical.  THey also use number 862-902-5110.

These people called a former business associate of mine and told her they were trying to track me down with information I had requested in May.  She would not supply my new information but they offered her a case number.  After reading the above comments I have no idea what this could be about...

This is not a call I received but someone I know got it and while doing research for them I found out it's a collection agency.
