I just talked with Juniper, they are going to "investigate" this charge, along with one that was just now posted for last year.   $49 for insurance in case you are unemployed.  Never authorized it.  Told Juniper about all the postings out here, they don't seem to be too concerned.

they charged $49 me, said i authorized in a letter i signed and returned. TOTAL RIP OFF! i canceled that card, interest way too high anyway. CANCEL YOUR JUNIPER CARD TODAY!!!

Tried to charge me 49$ for RGI VIP and its juniper cc co. doing it !!

Same happened to me on my Exxon Card. A $39 charge is now $107 with all the late fees so now I get to dispute this with PEGGY!!! AWESOME just AWESOME

They have billed me for this on my gas card -which I do not use - and the gas card company has charged me interest!   A 29.95 charge is now 115.00, none of which I will pay.  At no time did I ever authorize this VIP service.   RGI is a major rip off group.   How can you incur interest on a charge for a service you didn't authorize in the first place?

I called and they cancelled it. I do not understand how they can do this w/o authorization!

this company charged my credit card for a "vip upgrade" for my card.  i called to have it reversed and hopefully it did the trick.  this has fraud written all over it if you ask me.  i don't think i should have to pay $49 to use my credit card.  this company will apparently charge you whether or not they have your permission....beware!

It IS Juniper. They charge you $49.00 without authorization for a "VIP" card which allows you 50% off movie theater tickets. Call them and tell them you DID NOT authorize it and you DO NOT want it. They should refund in 1-2 billing cycles.... Tell them YES you want a confirmation # & monitor your account. Credit card companies SHOULD NOT be allowed to do this! I figure they get away with it because not many people even check their bills & figure its something they purchased & forgot about...

i guess if you own a credit card from juniper, its an upgrade package, which is bulls***.  i called and had the charges reversed hopefully.  i told them they shouldn't be able to authorize any upgrade to anyone's card without permission, which i did not give!  hopefully everyone else won't have any problems resolving this charge.

I was charged 49.00 on one of my cards. It is not aa charge I made nor have I ever done bussiness with them. now I have to stop payment and have my bank dispute it.

this company or whatever it is charged one of my cards 49.00. now I have to notify the bank to dispute it.

they did the same thing to me.now i have to notify my bank not to pay these crooks.

Who is this company?
They submitted charges against my credit card without authorization.
