Well, there ought to be a way to end this nonsense. Maybe we should all call them daily to let them know they owe a debt!

Allied Interstate left mesage with my answering service at 9:39 AM on Tuesday 8/19/2008.I am keeping track of phone numbers for DA in our town.I also paln on calling the Beeter Business Bureau and their phone company.I am hereby ORDERING THEM TO CEASE AND DESIST ALL FURTHER CONTACT!

Just received a call from this number but they left a silent message, no voice, nothing.

Received calls Jan. 6, 2010 at 8:51 & 10:17. Since caller was not identified I did not call back.

Received another call at 11:41 Jan. 9th. My wife answered phone. Caller was looking for "Carol". There is not now nor ever has been a "Carol" living at this address.

I am sick and tired of being bothered with calls from unidentified sources and wish they would stop.

I too have gotten a call from Allied Interstate. I also wasn't even the person they were looking for. Same thing here, the woman I talked to was very nice and removed my phone number from the account they were calling about. I have had other calls from other agencies since I moved into my current place almost 3 years ago. Looks like the phone number I got belonged to a couple of people that they are looking for. I just call back and inform them that the phone number they have is not a correct one and they remove me from their list.

I only had a problem with one company, which kept calling back. The guy one the phone tried to intimidate me, which I found amusing; but after I insisted on talking with his supervisor's supervisor, I had no more problems. I figure if I get these calls and ignore them then they will just keep calling. They don't know that the phone number that they have is no longer valid. If I call back, then they do remove it from this case file.

bot message, no reason to receive a call from "Allied Interstate", do not intend to call back. If someone really needs to reach me a real person can call, not a bot. Caller ID number recorded as 866 235 3868, message asked to have someone call back at 800 671 5065 statinig something to the effect that any information gained would be used  (did not say for what), how bizarre is that? Sounds like a fishing expedition. Based on complaints found on the internet it seems someone oought to have a strong legality discussion with this company

The meant debt, as in balance due, not death.

I received a call from this number.  They said they are from Allied Interstate.  The call said they were calling about a death and any information received from this call would be about that death.  I though something was weird about it so I looked up the number.  I was right.  I have not called back and I will not.  I do not have any deaths in my family.  Our family group is very small and all are accounted for.
