Spam Fax, "Affordable healthcare plans!"

Don't call their "removal" number!  That response automatically puts you onto two more or their lists--which will generate multiple more unwanted faxes with different "numbers to call to remove your number."  Just ignore them all.

Some of their other numbers include 866-377-1988; 866-486-9743, and 866-793-7480.  Do NOT call any of these!

The real name of this outfit is Group Health.  It's at  3810 Swan Lane, Phoenix AZ 85001.  I urge you to file a complaint with the Phoenix AZ Better Business Bureau at info@arizonabbb.org.  The more complaints the better!

We recieved a text message  and we are thankful before because of the coming of the package which is promised by my sister abroad and the next text is my roaming no.  is sent but because of confidence that she is my sister we exchange  views all the e while she ask me to put a business by buying call cards woth 500 Pesos Smart only  but all the while when the cards are send  there is no reply  . Please help me  cancel all 9 card  woth 500 Pesos

We had signed up for a family plan which was $125 one time enrollment fee and $299 a month. We may had kept the plan about 3-4 months and it wasn't any good at any of our Dr.'s. We wrote them a cancelation letter and they were requested to not deduct anymore money out of our account. Everything was handled and fine after that. We received a check in the mail from Claims & Benefits Management Inc. DBA Claims Management Service "Special Projects Account" in the amount of $299 dated 9/16/2008 so we deposited it thinking well at least we got a refund out of these pieces of sh_!!
Now here is the crazy part... We receive in the mail January 25, 2010 a 3RD NOTICE LETTER saying we owed them $324 IMMEDIATELY!!! This was the 1st sign of anything from these scumbags that we had received in OVER 1 and 1/2 YEARS!!! wanting their money back from the check they had sent 9/16/2008 that they had sent us as a REFUND!!!
It was sent from CLAIMS BENEFIT & MANAGEMENT,INC. 6251 SCHAEFER AVE. SUITE O & P CHINO, CALIFORNIA 91710.  It also had a phone # to contact them if there were any further questions 1-877-378-9240. I called and long story short she is turning us in to collections if it is not paid in full!!! They are answering the phone as "ALR CLAIMS BENEFITS" I told her yeah the checks in the mail and MAY GOD BLESS YOU! click.


Please help if there is anyone who knows anything more on how to handle this

I was misinformed about this insurance that is was a major medical and all it is is a supplementary for major medical.Even the sheet that was faxed to me said it was a major medical insurance.

What is this,  I now discover I am  not covered and own $840.00 in doctor bill, that I CAN"T AFFORD.  Can I get that money back???

I ordered insurance from Consolidated Workers Association through a fax I had received.  I got all the enrollment cards and information promised in the the mail, however, before it was to take effect, I called to cancel the policy and receive a refund.  I was told to fax my request to 909-902-1892, which I did requesting a refund of my premium and up front costs as I was cancelling before the enrollment was to begin.  I have never received any type of answer from these people, nor any money back.  I have faxed the same request to them a number of times now and still get absolutely no response.

cwa is not an insurance company they are brokers for a number of companies. If you get through on the 1-888-490-5774 be sure to ask the name and if you want to e-mail just add that name to @cbmtpa.com ex: doe@cbmtpa.com and a lot of phone calls and facs. keep track of names and always pick option #4 goog luck

Call your bank do a fraud claim. Your bank will return the money to your account and go after the "insurance" also call the insurance conmmisioner  and file a fraud claim against them

I rec'd a fax at work about getting health insurance,I needed health insurance for my 20 yr.old son, so I contacted them, paid $334.00, which was enr. fee for $125.00 and 1 month's insurance for $209.00. I've had another payment for $209.00 taken out also with my bank, and then my son went on-line at home, and saw all the consumer complaints, he contacted atty. general and insurance commissoner, and they basically told him, to wait and see if they pay claims, and if they don't we have a class action suit! Is there anything I can do now to get my money back that I paid to them. I have not cancelled with them, but I closed my checking acct. so they could not get anymore money! What are your thoughts on this? Let me know.  Thanks for your help!

9/30/2008,  To the attorney in Mobile, I have reported these guys to Florida Department of Insurance...They were issued a cease and desist order in Dec, 2007 in Florida...I was suckered into this National Alliance Association in March, 08.  I am out about 1500.00 in fees, and owe about $5,000.00 in emergency room bills....guess what the hospital could not get in touch with them....They gave me a number to cancel, but I gave it to Florida Dept. of Insurance...fraud division....I have copies of everything they have sent me, plus messages they left...Claims and Benefits Management are the third party administrators....I will email you and gladly be part of taking these guys down and hopefully recoup my money..

Can i have the name of the cpmpnay president>? I am suspicious the same man owns both companies using this phone number. Be very wary of these people they use multiple address and business names thru same number.

Is this a debt company number or an insurance group? I was told this is a compnay called dsse or att. Funny thing is the address is an apt in new york city? I wouldn't trust thses people for anything.

OMG.  THat is the BEST thing I have ever heard, ever.  I am going to spend an ENTIRE day today filling out bogus requests online putting those fax numbers as the contact info.
