Correction: The number that came on our pager was 1-800-624-7503 NOT 1-500. Sorry.

Our Staff has received several calls a day from 1-500-624-7503.  We are receiving them on our pager. This is very nerve racking!!! Almost boarderline harrasment. I called the number back and Desk 21 answered. I asked for Human Resources (after my maintenance called them back the day before and they rudley hung up on him), Desk 21 the one that was so rude to him the day before gave me the number of 1-800-263-3313. I spoke to the supervisor, he "claimed" to not know the original number that called, but said he would look into it.

Norfolk Southern Employee call center... They call you to assign you to your job assignment if you work for them.

the number showed up on my pager screen .I called back and it says true management center then asked me about my employee number.
