It saves both the employee and the person getting called from wasting time in the future if you treat the person calling as a person and say hey, please take me off the list permanently.

Just young people trying to do jobs, which are hard to come by for anyone whos graduated college in the last 5 years.  Unfortunately persistence is a high commodity these days.

I asked them to book a tour for my group 5 middle age males to PAKISTAN.  Or Yemen
I am very serious and tell them to please call me back and reiterate my number.
They have finally gone away.
I AM a teacher and WAS interested in their tours...............however..............
THEY REALLY DO NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHEN NOT TO KEEP CALLING.....
even when I tell them subsist and that I will call them when I get a group together......PERIOD.

I am an 10 year old girl with very loose and loving parents,I'm a sports star in everything and get A+'s in all my class. I got a cell phone when I was eight and this number keeps calling me practically every week!!! I didn't subscribe to anything or download it. One time I picked up the phone and they called me Danielle, who is she? And why do they call me? I'm a little scared of them now, I talked to my parents and  they don't know what to do, any help would be amazing.

I love how these idiots try to call during CLASSROOM hours.  I've blocked the number and they switch to a different one to keep calling.  They need to get a hint and only call AFTER school hours if dealing with teachers

EF is a great company.  Pick up your phone and ask them to stop calling you, if that is what you want.  I have travelled with them a number of times and have nothing but praise for EF.

As an EF employee, all you need to say is "I do not want to receive any more of your materials. Please make my account inactive" and the representative should do just that. If you tell them "I'm not interested right now" they will temporary close your account for the season and call back during the next season. Too, EF does not sell information to other tour companies; that would be irrational simply because it would be helping our competitors. EF is the world leader in international education and was even the language provider for the Beijing Olympics; I can assure you with 45+ years of experience, its a reputable company.

Does anyone know if they sell information? I get calls not just from EF but from a LOT of other tour companies, too, including those that I have NOT contacted at all.

if you want them to stop calling just answer your phone and tell them not to call you anymore!  it's that simple!  if they don't hear from you then they WILL keep calling.

answer your phone!!

Just googled the number and came across this forum. They are calling me, too. Must be trying to drum up business as they called me twice on my classroom number during my classes. They left know message, either!

EF Tours is a pain in the you know where. I made the mistake of submitting interest in a tour and they will not stop calling. Even worse, if I don't get to the phone right away - they leave no message!

Hi there
They are a reputable company and that is not normal for them to do that...ask to speak to their manager and they will surely contact you by email instead of phone in the future.

Several calls from this number, they leave no message.  I called the number back to see who it was, and it was EF Tours (I am trying to plan a tour for a group of middle school kids).  I suggested that we keep in contact by email but they insist on calling.
