Everyday sometimes 3 times a day while I am at work I get calls from 800-639-0767, when I answer it they hang up.  When I call the number back they hang up.  I am getting very annoyed, this has been going on for about 8 months now.

I borwed 300 from them they helped them self to my account every pay period 192.00 dollars until I realized they had helped them selves to over 1000.00 dollars in a 4 to 6 month period and still had the nerver to say I owe them money these crookes should be shut down somthing has to happen

Keep getting calls, I dont have a loan. Have given over to my credit attorney. How can I make them stop?

Yes, Trish, those are their numbers as well as the one you listed. They have more than one location and have called me from at least 6 different numbers including blocked numbers.

They called my cellphone and asked "Can I talk to Edwardo?" I told her that he does have my number and that I've had the number for a long time. She said that it will take 72 hours to remove me from system. They asked for my first name.

These People (U S Fast Cash) and all companies like them are leaches on society. They charge 1400%+ interest to people and wonder why people don't want to pay.......Duh. They need to quit ripping people off.

I received a call from 800 693 0767 stating a claim is being filed and need to have my attorney contact them within 24 hrs or they will contact my employer to garnish wages.  Thing is it is not my name on the recording. Go figure.  I have contacted the number they leave and a man answers to state it is his personal unlisted cell number.  

If you have ever applied for a loan through Money Mutual I think that it is called, that is advertised on TV, and I think that Montel Williams is the person who is telling you about Money Mutual, and how you can get up to a thousand dollars into your checking account overnight, well, they have about 100 "partners," and I think that US FAST CASH may be one of those partners, so if you received a loan from Money Mutual, US FAST CASH may be where you could have gotten the money from. I have dealt with non stop calls for over a year......the ultimate payback is to download a block call app on your phone so they cant call u n e more but call them repeatedly over n over every free second u have everyday     I have done this n they regret the days I asked them to stop n they didnt!!

oh and BTW, if you are one of those idiots like I was, they sell your information to some of the other fraudulent companies listed on this site and they too will try to get money out of you. Be Wary. Don't be dumb like me and apply for a pay day loan online. I would rather be broke.

In 2008 I made the mistake of taking out a pay day loan for these people. after paying it back they have continued to harass me. every single day. I change my number. They find it. its been 5 years! 5 years!

This number calls every morning and on weekends and is harassing me on a daily basis. I want them to stop calling and harassing me.

Do not get a loan with USFastCash.  Even if you pay it off and can prove, they will still harrass you for the same loan.  I am still getting calls for a loan I paid back 2 years ago and have sent them proof of payoff twice INCLUDING an email from THEM stating the loan was PAID IN FULL.  

Call me evil or a bi***, but I like to have fun with them and act like I am stupid to get as much information as I can while I am filling out the complaint form for the State Attorney General's office and then when I am done, I say "Thank you for providing me the information I needed for the complaint form.  Now that the form is complete, I think it is only fair to tell you that the State of AR has ruled all Pay Day Loans with interest rates greater than 17% void and you should be hearing from the soon.  Have a nice day!"  I usually get cussed out and yelled at, and all they here from me is laughter as I say "bless your heart, bye now" and hange up.  Don't mess with a southern red-head.

Feel free to use this idea and "twist" to you personal style.  As long as you don't cross a legal line, they can't do squat.  Want to really piss them off, while they are screaming at you and cussing you out, keep your voice calm and sweet, makes them madder if you don't rise to their bait.  Lot's of fun.

They say USFC, if you have input your information on any website they arevery good hackers. I have consulted an attorney who advised to ask for something on their company letterhead to be mailed to your afdress on file. Of course they won't because it's a felony. I am sure if you find the true number for US Fast Cash they willtell you it is not their office calling.

So just so everyone knows. You are directed to US Fast Cash through various routes, however the way I was directed was good ole Montell Williams. If you try to use Money Mutual, they send you to payday loans like this place which is an absolute rip off. They run off an Indian Reservation in Oklahoma and the rates are about 300+% The first so many payments are just to pay off interest which will be about 3-5 times what you borrow. On a $300 loan I paid about $1000 back in only a couple weeks time. I suggest you don't give them your contact info. I filed bankruptcy and now, even though they do business on a reservation, they're not allowed to call me anymore. FYI, they're racking up the fees each time they keep calling from their various numbers.

jackie - why were you even on such a forum?  seems to me that you must work for the company.  how dare you come onto a forum where people are all complaining about the exact same thing and say that they need to pay their bills.  i too make a comfortable living and have had my identity stolen.  i'm now getting similar calls as these and nobody will talk reasonably.  so, you and those callers call all simply kiss where the sun don't shine and go to HE- double hockey sticks.

wow.... They call me 4-5 times a day .. I had to chAnge my phone number and now with my new Number there calling for some One alse!!

If these guys hadn't started calling me I would have have beaten you to the punch and said the very same thing. I earn a very comfortable living and the only loans taken out are from large reputable banking institutions. Still, they called and called and called. For the longest time they would not even identify themselves. The guy would just say that I better send $300 to a certain address or else! Anyway, the phone company and the police said that there is very little anyone could do because the calls originated from out the country and they are changed frequently. So i'm thinking that most of the people in this forum are probably telling like it is.  It is the same company name that's been bugging me.  
I suppose everyone is entitled to their own opinion though.   Happy Hollidays!!!
