Received a voicemail stating his name was Drew Radner and this was in reference to case number FF3381.  Didn't give any other information.  Funny thing is when he left his number (800-639-2204) he hung up just before he said the final digit of his extension number.

My caller ID says it's Lamont Hanley (603-625-5547).  After reading the experiences other people have had with this debt collection agency I won't be calling back if they leave another message.  I've never been to New Hampshire and I don't have any ties there either.

Phone: 800-639-2204.  They called and pretended they were from an insurance company.

You'll need this info to report them to your State Attorney General's office and to the Better Business Bureau.

Received a voicemail from 800-639-2204; stated his name was Michael and that he's with Blue Cross requesting the status of a refund request and that I needed to call him back at ext. 110. I called back; he was not in the office and was asked to leave a voicemail. Yeah, like i'm that stupid after reading this site!

This number keeps calling, answered and yes, it it a debt collection company for insurance bills. I was opening a business and needed insurance, but cancelled the policy before 48 hours. Now they are trying to collect $400. These idiots do not have to follow laws for debt collecting laws. Apparently they are special!

Received a call asking for Robert ****.  As no Robert **** lives here,  I said, "I'm sorry, but I believe you must have the wrong number" to which I received the snide comment, "well, he either does or he doesn't," at which point I hung up.  Must be a collection agency as they seem to train their representatives in how to be uncessarily rude.

Called me at 830p, said it was a matter with my SS#..and i needed to call them....I looked up and  number is a debt collector agency...the message was soooo ominious...scared me at first, but I also look do look up these numbers...

This number called work today and hung up as soon as I picked up.  Caller ID says Toll Free Call.  No one here has a debt, so I'm chalking this one up to yet another scam call.

This is a scam!!!!!!!   Report it!   Do not respond to the phone call!!!!!!!!!!

They call every day. "This call is in reference to a personal business matter. Please call 1-800-639-2204. and refer to account number #####." When called the answered Lamont, Henley, and William Associates. When asking about the reason for the call, lady stated they are trying to collect on a past due insurance bill. (on a bill 1 year prior to opening my business) After contacting the Insurer and the Underwriter I verified that this was a scam. The insurer googled them and needless to say. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.

Last friday....I called the number back!!  They have called me  the same time everyday all week ...twice a day and NEVER leaving a  msg.  On Friday April 1, I  spoke with them ----it has nothing to do with me.   I told them I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.  You harass people by two phone calls a day and then hang up ---wow , you call that doing "your job" ?  Get your facts right before you decide to go after people.

Two days in a row ...this number keeps calling me....please disappear!!  Never leaves a msg just keeps calling me

I've gotten 3 calls from this number this week.  They leave the exact same recorded message for me to call them back and refer to my reference number.  They don't identify themselves.  On the third message, they finally had the recording tell me what my reference number is.  I won't be calling them.  I'll see if it's possible to block the number.

receive a call every day at 8:05 a.m. from 800-956-1109. They hang up. I called the number back several times and the line goes dead. After several attempts to call back, I finally heard hold music and waited. A man picked up and told me to call 800-639-2204. When I did, I spoke with Ms. Christianson who said I owed money to an insurance company that I am not even insured with. She was rude, argued with me and shouted into the phone for me to pay my bills. She was calling on behalf of The Hartford Insurance Co. I have put a call into that company to attempt to put an end to the calls.

These people ARE in cahoots with insurance agenecy's.
They say I have a collections for car insurance I never had.
The agents ARE rude and I had to speak to 3 different ones and they are doing things illegally.  Due to the facy that they ARE trained they really know how to skirt the laws.

This collection agency keeps calling my wife at her place of employment. They leave messages with a reference number demanding that she call them back. I called them this morning trying to get to the bottom of the issue. They are looking for a person that neither my wife or I have ever heard of. They demanded that I tell them how to get in touch with the person that they are looking for and I kept telling them that I never heard of him and to stop calling my wife at work looking for him. I also told them that if they keep calling my wife and harrassing her, they will be dealing with our attorney the next time they call her. A Mr. Gonzalez apologized and promised to stop the calls to my wife's place of employment.

Morons called me when they had the wrong social security #, which I had them provide me the soc. and address.  For a law firm, they don't do their homework!

Some kind of bill collector that I am anaware of. Perso keeps calling and hanging up.
