I went through a page on Facebook for Classes USA and gave contact info for online schools - and all of a sudden I get a call from  www.lowermybills.com @ 800-648-5049

No idea where they got my number - but STOP calling!

Please never answer any calls with unkown caller id's. Please get a clue.

Your congressman voted to approve these people can call and harass you legally. Please call your congressman to complain, ask them why they voted to approve it. They will lie and say congress did not approve it. But they did. They also let foriegn telemarketers call you leagally. Now why would they do that. It is no longer about the voters but big business.

Campaign contributions. vote your corrupt congressman out please tell him why first.

I am on the do not call list

I'm on the no call list.  They are in trouble. In any case I wouldn't use them.

This call is also related to ClassesUSA.com, so if you signed up for info for going to college or online courses you will be called by this number. People need to pay attention to the whole message when they call back instead of running to the first website and complaining.

These are scammers. Just block them and report them. Never answer when they call and never ever tell them anything about you.

i recieved a phone call this morning from this number i didnt  answer i looked the number up online it said it was a scam

These scammers claim to be college recruiters. They claim they are calling because they received an online request for information. I told them they are lying... This number has been on the DO NOT CALL LIST for 8 years and I haven't filled out any forms on line. I tolde them they are scammers and to stop calling.

i never signed up with them either. don't know how they got my number. i've had this same number for the past 8 yrs and all of a sudden this week i have been receiving all types of calls from telemarketers. REALLY?!!!

They apparently call random numbers, or have some way of discovering phone numbers that are valid somehow.  They have called my cell phone in the past, which should be illegal, as I am on the no calls list.  I also have a TextFree (on Iphone) account, and was assigned a "phone number" to receive text messages.  TextFree uses caller ID, and so I just got a text message that this phone number tried to call my TextFree phone number!  It certainly should be illegal to randomly call phone numbers unsolicited...

These people are big time scammers. Don't ever answer your phone. These people are so good sometimes they can phish out information about your family and freinds and they start calling them looking for more information about you. Best thing to do is never answer them when they call. Block them and report them.

Call from lower my bills, was unsolicited to my cell phone.

NEVER EVER FILL OUT FORMS UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS PRIVACY POLICY.

This is where they tell you about re-occurring charges and selling your information

Alot of these websites will CAPTURE the data you entered - even if you never click on SUBMIT.

Avoid giving phone #'s by entering a valid AREA code and 000-0000.  They can't call if they don't have a valid number.    

If you must give out a phone number - check out those disposable phones - they are relatively cheap and if you get calls on that number - you know it is relation to something you submitted online.

I didn't fill out any forms, mainly because I don't pay bills due to lack of financial ability to do so. Is there a way to report these people for this?

This number has come up now 3 times on my phone. I don't remember filling anything out. I wish they would stop calling
