I was told I was approved a loan from findalender1000.com n never got it and then turns up my debit card was charged from gold myscore and I never heard of that even the so called agent didn't say nothing bout it and I can't even get hold to anyone from that company but I was getting calls 24/7 not now....I want my money back

I signed up for MyScore.com through an online game in an attempt to get "diamonds" for a game that I was playing.  They charged me $1 for my credit score.  I called the number 3 times to cancel my account.  The first time was 1 week ago.  There was an automated voice that stated "please hold for the next representative"....then there was silence.  So, I hung up.  The second time I called was earlier today.  I had another call come in so I had to hang up.  I just got off the phone with them again.  A woman answered by the name of Nancy.  She was very pleasant to speak with.  There was NO background noise, which is weird for this kind of thing.  I gave her my info and she tried to get me to stay with their program.  She canceled my account and asked me to complete a survey.  When she hung up, I heard music for a while and then hung up.  So, my experience wasn't too bad.

Contact this number to speak directly to someone (877) 834-2830 . I cancelled my "Free trial" and still got charged $29.95. Call them, get your money back and go to your bank to have these charges stopped just in case.

Why wait for the bank to investigate the charge?

I never spoke with anyone from 855 3319531. HOWEVER there is a charge of $28.95 pending on my credit card. I called my bank immediately and they were able to give me the phone number.  After reading all of the comments here;  I do remember agreeing to pay $1.00 for a credit score from "Free Credit Score". But no where did I see anything about future charges! I, too, will report them to the FTC and BBB along with any more agencies I can.
My bank will dispute the charge and give me the money back. In the mean time I will not have a credit/debit card until the new one arrives! I am also struggling to survive on a monthly Disability check. That amount is my food for a week!

Just went to the bank to have these charges stopped.  Got them blocked.  They told me it was a scam.  All those out there.  Go to your bank and have them stopped!!!!!  Need to have them put out of business!

The same thing has been happening to my daughter.  They would charge $1 then she got refunded the $1.  This has happened for a couple of months and this time they charged her $9.95, which sent her account into default and she has since cancelled her card through the bank.  So be cautious of your account.

Advise you to call you're credit card co. and cancel through them. I would not trust Samantha, as I called them too and they could not find me in their system, so I called chase and immediately they issued a credit and put a block on my card so it can't be done again. Case closed, I hope.

I  f ound a 28.95 bill on credit card statement from Chase Bank. It was GLD MY SCORE 855-331-9531. Called the number and the lady said she could not find me in the system. She  checked my name, address phone numbers, no luck. Then she politely asked for my credit card number, to which I politely declined. Called Chase and they went to fraud dept. who took the charge off  and blocked the co. from charging again, so I think I'm all set. Apparently they do give the merchant  a chance to dispute the cancelation but if they don't respond it is done. From all I've read on this website, it appears that everyone is getting ripped off in a very sneaky way. Stay alert my friends.

A random $1 charge showed up on my account for this company. Neither my husband or I signed up for credit scores or recently signed up for any "freebies." We called the company and let our bank know of this card. We are both getting new credit cards. I would suggest anyone who has these charges does the same.

I called that number they said they could cancel but couldn't refund money as it was past the seven day trial never do anything that says free or trial again when they ask for credit card info as it's a scam I'm so pissed I'm a waitress and barely making my bills now this happens

Contact your debit card company & file a fraud alert with them.  You will probably need a new account number.  Hopefully they can get some money back for you.

I also got 29.95 taken out of my credit card two months in a row before i noticed it and did not recall authorizing it - I went to  my bank and cancelled my card but apparently you must contact the company which is MYScore and they provide credit reports which I tried to get my credit rating and i had to give them my credit card details and they take out a dollar BUT it says its free for 7 days only and you must call the company at 1-855-331-9531 to cancel it which I just did this morning so I spoke to a very nice lady called Samantha who said would refund my money within 5 days so I hope what she told me is true - I will be back to let you all know if I do get that refund as promised.   I never got any information about my credit from them.

Called the gld they told me me that I couldn't cancel lol so we are getting royally screwed by them charging us to our account every month 29.99 .... Bunch of lazy a***s just not wanting to lift a finger and actually work just people getting everyone account info and screwing them over . I need my money put back into my account .....
