Another quick report for anyone who happens to read this.  I just tried calling this 800-650-8298 to complain about the False Advertising of telling people they WON a Tablet Computer.  I let the number ring 30 times;  NO ANSWER and finally I got a busy signal.  The first 3 times I called, I got the busy signal first.  The last time I tried it rang and rang and rang, 30 times and no answer.  Sure wish there was a way to email this Scott  M'Crooked personally to complain about his False Advertising. Might try again later.

Oh, when I called last time and asked WHEN will I receive my Tablet, the gal said you should have it by the END of January.....END OF JANUARY!  I told her if I don't have it by then I will be calling again.

Just wanted to report back here my experience with 800-650-8298, which is Scott McGillivray Financial.  I received several calls a few wks ago, like many of you telling me I had WON a Tablet Computer and to please call for details.  I decided to call and investigate as I had never heard of this guy.  I called back 3 times and spoke with 3 different young ladies.

I got the same information from all 3.  When I offered my Address for them to SHIP me my FREE Tablet, I was informed that I had to attend a Seminar to receive it.  AH, a 'catch'.   So, I asked all 3 ladies, on 3 different calls, 'how do I get my FREE Tablet'?   All 3 ladies told me all I had to do was to attend a Seminar, stay until the end and when I was leaving, I would be given my Tablet Computer.  No purchase was required.

Assuming the Seminar might be 90 minutes, I agreed to go TODAY, Dec. 5/12.  The Seminar ended up 4 hours long.  Interesting information for sure but also boring, unless you are interested in Real Estate Investing.  Nearing the end of the Seminar, people began leaving to go and receive their FREE Gift of the Tablet Computer.  Hmmm, NO Tablet Computers were being given out.  Only a piece of cardboard that you have to mail in, for a digital camera.  Well, being 'outgoing', I decided to cause a scene and asked the fellow (with a long line behind me) WHERE are our Tablet Computers that we were all promised.  

His reply was  'If you won one, being one of the first 50 people here today, the company will MAIL it to you.'   WAIT A MINUTE.....WON ONE?   I was told on the phone I HAD won one, as had everyone in the line.  Needless to say, everyone behind me was quite upset and angry that they had just sat through a 4 hour seminar only to discover they were NOT going to receive a Tablet Computer.  Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING.    

I will call the company tomorrow and inform them IF I do not receive my Tablet Computer within ONE week, I will file a complaint with the BBB for False Advertising.  IF anyone reads this and DID in fact receive your FREE Tablet Computer, please let me know.  SO, if you have 4 hours to kill, perhaps attend one of these and see IF you get your Tablet.  Oh Lifetime Membership to Scott's program is $3000.00.  Or you can attend a 3 day workshop for ONLY  $2000.00.  Funny, ALL this information is available FREE online.

I also received a message on my machine from Kelsey, representing Scott McGilvary Financial telling me I WON a free Tablet Computer.  Never hearing of this guy before I decided to call and inquire HOW to receive my FREE Tablet, that I supposedly won.  I just got off the phone with Tara.   We were on the phone for a good half hour.  She was young sounding and very friendly.  I pumped her full of questions.   In order to receive this 'FREE' Tablet, you have to attend a Free Real Estate Seminar in a town near you and wait til the end of the Seminar to receive your FREE Tablet.   Tara said 'no purchase' of anything is required, but you do have to stay for the entire event, and when leaving, you will receive the Tablet; one for you and a friend that you bring along.  I am going to attend the free event Dec. 5.  I'm leaving my credit card at home, haha.  If I'm approached by a Salesman I'm going to tell them I'm really not interested in the program and just came for the FREE Tablets.  If I don't receive them, I will file a complaint with the BBB for sure.

I received the same call on October 18 from someone calling from Scott McGillvray Financial, the millionaire real estate investor.

Exact same scenario.  I received a message from "Jill" from Scott McGilvery Financial on my answering machine Oct 16, 2012 from this number.  They knew my name and I didn't sign up for anything either.  Apparently I had won a tablet.  Enticing but so fishy.

Strange... I got a message on my machine this morning from this same number, with the same message! Yet, I have not entered any contests, so how can I win something I didn't sign up for?? lol, thx but I wasn't born yesterday! I think i'll let the next "lucky winner" pick up the package :)

Got a message left on my phone from an Andrew telling me it was from Scott & McGilvery Financial. He said I had won a computer and for me to call to get details on how to collect it. Not sure I will call back.
