calling to get payment on acct

Go to www.donotcall.gov and report that company. I did. The Federal Trade Commission will investigate them.

i keep getting phone calls from this company and i do not have any thing
to do with this company, but they keep calling me anyway, for the last 2 mos
i get calls 2 to 3 times a day, on my work cell phone, and i asked them to
quit call me, and they will not, they also leave messages on my phone as well. i just want this hursement to stop, for im seeking legal advise on this matter

I've been getting calls at work, home AND on my cell phone from this number....come to find out, it is Shapes Family Fitness.  I let my account go delinguent once they proved to me that they would NOT accept DOCTOR's documentation for me to cancel my contract.  Screw them, that's my philosophy.  They told me upon sign-up that I could cancel my contract providing a DOCTOR filled out their stupid little forms.  He did and they STILL declined my cancellation.  I owe like $700 bucks and could care less to be honest with you.  Sue me.  You wont get a dang thing. I dont own a home OR have much money...good luck with that lawsuit there, Shapes. I hate them.

This nuber generally calls about three times a week. I don't answer because I'm usually busy.
