Opened a new location and within the first business day, I started receiving an 800-Service call.  I receive up to 4 calls a day.  No one responds to my answer, just connects then disconnects.  I am extremely tired of receiving the calls but continue to answer them in hope that someone will respond.  So far, no luck.  They are a complete waist of my business time and wish those manning the other end of the phone would choose a more productive form of employment.  Perhaps I could hire them at my business to screen all the ridiculous and pointless phone calls.

Calls 10 plus times a day and doesnt say anything?????

Continue to get multiple calls from this number on a daily basis.  My number is on the do not call list.  No messages left.  

Called my business and didn't leave a message.  Something needs to be done so that all businesses can also be on the "Do Not Call" registry.  It affects us more than individuals and business phone numbers are exempted from that registry??

Received a call on our new number. No one talks.

Received a call today in the afternoon from a woman with a heavy (Filipino?) accent. She said she was calling from US Yellow, which I googled and found was a legitimate company but is NOT affiliated with this number. Hence, the woman and this number are both scams. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO THEM!

They continue to call our office saying they are with the yellow pages and ask for the owner, but never know the owner's name. Then, when I ask to be removed, they ask if I am the owner and, when I say no, they say that they have to have the owner tell them to remove us. I told them that he was very busy and could not waste time speaking with them, but that he wanted to be removed. The caller simply stated "well... I need to hear that from him" and hung up on me. Tried to call back, but no one answers, there's no voicemail.

I get their calls about 3 times a day... And it's slowly starting to increase. I would loooove to throw some of them for a spin and make up a bunch of faulty businesses for them to put in their system... BUUUUUT whenever I answer, they hang up. Weeks this has been going on and every time I answer not ONE time has anyone answered back!!! >:/ they just hang up!

Say hello instead of your normal greeting & they will talk to you....

I told them politely we were on the National Do Not Call Registry and asked them to please remove us from their list, she replied "No I will be talking to the owner" and hung up on me!!!

For the past two months since our business has opened this number calls and as soon as I say my thank you for calling how can I help you, they hang up.  When I call the number back I get a recording that says to hang up and try my call again later.

           I JUST PICK UP AND HANG UP .

This companay is a huge scam. One technique they use is calling people up asking them who the owner of the business is implying they are state employees calling where a business is found. Then they use the information you give them probably for illegal activities like identity theft. They even state they are yellowbook.com after the first lie but that is probably a huge lie as well. Thing is they lie when first trying to get your information saying they are someone they are not. So they should be prosecuted by the state they are doing this in just for that reason. So their other things they say after are all probably lies as well. Its too hard to know who these people really are they lie all the time.

Where is the FCC? I get calls every single day from this number and several others. Why doesn't somebody shut them down? There is clearly a gigantic scam operation (multiple ones) going on. Where is our law enforcement?

Same as everyone else.  Telemarketing calls from people who speak atrocious English.

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME EVERY DAY!!!!!!! I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND TOLD THEM "YOU PEOPLE CALL ME EVERYDAY AND I AM SICK OF IT! STOP CALLING"! THEN THE GUY ON THE PHONE ACTUALLY YELLED AT ME AND SAID THEY KEEP CALLING BECAUSE I KEEP HANGING UP ON THEM! THEY HAVE GOT SOME NERVE!

They are nice. They call me and ask me for a tea party.

8006519692 continues to call my private, unlisted phone number, which is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Why aren't these criminal prosecuted.  Their crimes are easy to prove--they leave a record.

I asked them to remove us from their call lists and she gave me this 800-651-9692 number to call back to remove us from the list.

I called back right away and, surprise, there was no one available to answer my call.

I would like to know how to stop these people from interrupting my busy work day with useless phone calls.

These people SUCK! Call everyday selling nothing... Online advertising and if update your info, you get a bill added to your phone bill.. TELL THEM NOTHING

Keep receiving calls from this number. Stopped answering a long time ago. My business line is fowarded to my cell phone. They call all hours of all days. sat., sun, etc.

Is there any way to stop all calls after hours and on weekends except for potential/ current customers?

Keep getting these call. Say they want to update free online telephone listing. I've alreadty told them to quit calling. I also told them that there is nothing free in this world. They will torement the h_ _ _ out of you. I know they need to make a living, so why don't they go flip burgers some where. Or go back to the country they came from where people can understand what they say.

Caller advertising web site domain asking for company president. Funny thing. Got local call asking for the same type questions. I just look at the global world as gone mad. Insulted caller by answering his questions as i see fit. Truth  they can't handle. This is our education on the line. The caller said he was from Texas and left his name. How interesting.  Telephone company should talk to them instead of us.

These are calls through a hired firm (probably overseas) to renew free subscriptions and stuff like that. The magazines want profiles to lure ads to the magazine so they can stay in business (since you probably won't pay for a subscription to their mag even though you like it). They will never leave a message, but will keep calling back until they reach you.

Please report these people to donotcall.gov.  It's very easy.  Always report.

They call here every few days.  I have an L.L.C. and a domain name.  They probably got my info from there.  Just for fun, I reprogrammed the name on my caller ID box to say "SCAMMERS" whenever they call me.

Get these calls all the time. be very careful playing with these guys. I did and they recorded me saying yes to a simple question :like is this a business number"  and dubbed that same yes into me agreeing to their program. The dub was crude and you could hear the same radio song behind every question. It was funny but I still had to turn over to attorne general of my state to e them to stop trying to collect for their service. It wasnt a hard thing to do but it was something I dodnt need. They were very aggressive in trying to collect 850.00
I continue to get these calls but now I never use the word yes or anything they could make sould like a yes.
They have no legal right but some people pay the bill without thinking or get annoyed enough to pay. Either way you are ripped off,

Two days in a row calls from 800-651-9692. I asked if they were aware that I was on the "Do not call this number" list.  Then told her thank you very much. She had it good. As much as I hate cussing, I usually use the 'F' word. I guess they have a right to call business owners. What a Crock!!! If they spoke english, even if it is the english from Louisiana, it would not be sooooo baaadddd.

They call here constantly and either don't leave a message or say hello? a lot in broken English. This is an unlisted private number so we don't even know how they got a hold of it.
