Don't pay. They called me too and said I had a pay day loan under my married name. Funny, I got married a year ago and payday loans are illegal in our state. It is a scam and don't fall for it. If they can provide documentation of the loan then they are legit otherwise tell them what to do with their scare tactics and hang up

Ok, add another number to the list 1-814-324-2098 the damn same guy!!! Somehow, Ryan Burke (then said his real name is Shawn) tapped into my cell phone contact list, after I kept hanging up on him. I recognized his voice, its so thick in accent, sounds middle eastern. Now when he calls, my phone number and as he continues to call, other contact name/numbers show up as incoming calls!!!! WTH is going on??? This has got be a crime happening!!!

Please, please ignore these people, let your employer know that if they call, just hang up. Have you looked this company up on the BBB? First National's address is 1060 West Addison Street in Chicago .. Wrigley Field.
If you talk to them at all, it just encourages them. They have tried telling me a process server is on the way, left a voice mail threatening to take legal action to garnish my wages. They cannot do any of this, and they know it. I have more than paid them what I owe, and legally, in my state, their loan is not collectible at all. Check your state laws. They are an illegal lender, and not licensed in any state. In fact, they are actually located somewhere in the Bahamas. If they actually took you to court, you could win big. Don't pay any attention to them and don't respond. Tell your employer to do the same. It's annoying, but they will eventually give it up.

I received a call today from some who claims his name was Mr. Hatton. He called me at my job and said he was calling from First National (Fist National what?) He said they are the parents company of Fast Cash. I told him I had given strict orders not to be contacted at my job. He said, "Strict orders to who? Did you send that request in writing via certified mail?" I told him no I didn't but if he gave me an address where I could send that request to, I would gladly send it right away. He quickly changed the subject and said my file was on his desk and he wanted to know what "we" could do to handle the matter. I told him I wasn't going to discuss anything with him on my work line. He gave me his phone number and ext, 1-800-654-7444 ext. 821. When I called the number back it goes to a company by the name of USA Cash Express. His direct extension says he is in the "office in the court house." It is nothing more than a ploy to sound "official" and to try to frighten people into giving them information. Debt collectors don't have offices in court houses.

I received a call from "Sharon" at extension 852. I returned the call and spoke to "Michelle" who said Pay Day Loan Yes merged and is now called USA Cash Express. This is all a fraud. People beware. File a complaint with the FTC and don't give them any of your information.
Desiree Johnson 2012-01-27 02:46:00 Unknown
Hi Ms Sharon per our conversation I Desiiree Johnson give my authorisation paymemt to close
My account on my visa of the amount of one hundred and five dollars
David Greenlee 2012-01-24 15:37:38 Unknown
These people are NOT legit and are committing wire fraud and should be reported to the FBI or your states AG office. Ask them to provide a valid US business address and phone number and they will not - if they do provide address that can be verified immediately contact law enforcement. They operate under several names and most likely are located in either the Salt Lake City area or in Canada.

"Jane" is a shill. Are you one too, or just terminally stupid?
Michelle 2011-12-12 22:04:37 Unknown
Jane,
Thank you for posting this. So, this is a legimate company through Pay Loan Yes? I'm assuming since you've made a payment all is fine with them now. Also, did they give you paper work stating that it was paid in full?

These people are a***oles. They try every tactic to scare you. They once told me the sheriff would come arrest me./ whatever! just tell them to stop calling you at work and they by law should stop othewise its harassment.

Rec'd a call from Ms. Butcher - caller ID read Salt Lake City, UT. Gave me her call back # as 800 654 7444 x 852 and the debit card # she had on file for me didn't go through. Told her I gave her no number, dind't know where she got that # and it wasn't mine. Then she asked for another one. She has to go to court tomorrow and I'd have a subpoena served on me the following day if I didn't give her $100 by 4pm today.

They told me I'm going to be in big trouble for interfering with an official investigation. I have one question!!! Where the hell are the law enforcement officials that are supposed to be dealing with these types of a**holes?Theu are scam

These criminals have been calling me and my husband days and nights. They are driving me crazy to a point that I'll do anything to stop these harassment. I've found a post from this website in which the poster has some brilliant ideas to beat them in their own game. They use cheap indian monkeys to call us and we'll "ask" the general public in US to "stop" them. I wonder what will happen if I post a ads in Craiglist about giving away free big screen TV or video game with their return numbers (not the fake caller ID number!)
-- Beginning quote --
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I received multiple phone messages on my business phone from both a female and a male with identical scripts in very broken english with thick, almost unintelligble accents.
I wasn't born yesterday--and because these people are scam artists AND irritating me when I have real work to get done--I took a few moments out of my day to screw with them.
First, I called them back and asked them if they needed directions to the memorial service or the funeral showing. The male on the other end said "I do not understand what you saying" (very broken english, thick accent). I then asked, "Sir, what exactly was your relationship with the deceased? Because the memorial is open to everyone, but the viewing of the body is for family only." He started in with "you must relay a legal message to XXXXX XXXXXX" (my name X'd out for privacy purposes). I told him that would be very difficult, considering XXXXX XXXXXX passed away six days ago, and my job was just to direct people on how to get to the memorial service. He stuttered a bit, then said "sorry to bother you" and hung up.
Oh no, I wasn't done there. I am just WAAAY too creative not to get even with these idiots even more. I then went online and filled out every "have an agent contact me" scam I could find. I entered their name (Charlotte) and their phone number 18006547444for free insurance quotes, free daily horoscopes by phone, free debt relief help, free home improvement memberships, etc. Hopefully that will cause THEIR phone to ring off the hook with telemarketing scum and scammers.
But wait, there's more. I couldn't just hope they would get lots of calls, I had to make sure of it. So I signed into Craig's List for one of the biggest cities (most populated) that I know of. I listed an ad stating that I was in search of a payday type of loan, and for anyone in that business to call me and help me through the process. Again, I listed his name & number.
Then I went into my "spam" folder in my email and found any email that said something to the effect of "you inherited large sums of money from Nigeria" (as an example) and responded to those emails with his name and phone number as well.
Yes, it all is a little bit evil of me, but because these guys arn't in the U.S., I really don't think that our law enforcement is going to be able to do anything about it other than stick it in a file. If I come up with any more creative ideas to get even, I will definitely come back and post again so that you all might have some of the same fun!
Good luck everybody and absolutely do not give these guys any of your personal information, much less your hard earned money.

i just called this number back and told them that all calls from this day forward should be directed to a phone number which is my local FBI number they will get a surprise when they try that. I know that there is nothing the FBI can do about it but it sure will make their day a bit more interesting after all if they had a life they wouldn't be harrasing people. good luck
They did the exact same thing to me... 2011-06-08 13:44:41 Unknown
Hacked my account and took $850...luckily, they didnt have autorization so the bank reversed the charges. These people need to be prosecuted

On Monday, August 24, 2009, a guy by the name of Robert Lewis called my cell phone and said he would contact my company's HR dept and fax that this will advise Him/her of the irrevokable wage garnishment clause in your contract. I call the number back from my work and left on his voice mail to never call me back on my cell phone. He then received my work number from his caller ID and he then called my work place. I again told him not to call this number again. He replied that he would call this number over and over and I hung up, and within 3 mins he text me 13 times and typed that This is in reguard to the money you stole, and entered x851. I called the police and they checked my phone to verify that he had called me. I filed a police report and if possible I will file charges on this guy for harassment.
