Guy left a message saying hey jess give me a call this is frank then gave this number.

I got a call from 1-800-663-3141 a lady named Linda Roberts left me a voicemail saying to call her back. I called back and some guy named Frank Miller answered the phone. Right away he was very rude, he asked me if I fell off my rocker and that I wasnt right in the head because I wanted to speak with Linda not him. He ended up swearing at me and then he hung up on me. I have no idea what company this is, I asked and he wouldnt tell me.

Woman in an urgent tone says, "It is important that we speak.  Call me back at 800-663-3141"...  This is the 2nd call I've received from her.

I contacted "Frank Miller" today and was rudely called names such as, idiot, smartass and others. I wish I would have looked their business information up before I called. He was so rude asking personal questions and passing judgement on me because I couldn't pay the full amount. I was calling on behalf of my husband, who was hospitalized last year, and due to our insurance not covering it all we had to do it ourselves, which has been thousands of dollars. I tried to explain this to him, but he became irrational and went on futher to degrade me by threatening to turn me into the Credit Bureau today if I didn't pay the full amount. All I have to say is, show some freaking compassion, not everyone has a bad job like you and even if we did I am sure we would treat even you, like a human being. I did pay the full amount, but was bullied into doing so.

Micheal "is" a certified jerk. All calls are rude and obnoxious. Do not delete posts with his name.. people should now who they are being harassed by.....

These guys are low brow idiots.  Calling me asking for someone I've never met.  You call to ask what company it is and they evade the question (lot's of companies).  They will try to ask you for your name and number so they can "correct" it.  Don't trust them, they're running some sort of scam.

Thank you so much for this info. You saved me from having to talk to this so called Frank. I called the number you provided and found out American Dental never sent in that I paid my $170 bill through them. Nice to know these hound dogs never let up once they get a nibble.

"Frank" is rude and evasive if all you give him is your first name and you block your caller ID.

Hangs up on me.
