I didn't even call or text back on this and they cleaned me out.  I am not sure how old this thread is but I wanted to put a warning out there.  I don't even bank at Point Bank.  My bank thinks that debit cards are being compromised and duplicates are created and that is how they got a hold of my cash.  Now I have no cash and as a preventitive measure cancelled everything.  I have no access to cash or credit for at least a week!  It is terrible.  I would recommend once you receive the call or text to go ahead and get new stuff issued so the same doesn't happen to you.  I think it is terrible because I never once gave out any personal information and now someone in Baltimore Maryland used all my cash.  I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I called the real Point Bank (http://pointbank.com/), and they have advised that this is a known phishing scam. They are currently working with the Secret Service to resolve this issue.

Michael Burgess is 972-434-9700 is a state congressman that is for Denton County, Texas, where PointBank is based out of. He knows about these, and the real PointBank is asking people to call and notify his secretary of this if you get calls.
