Ne laisse aucun message (silence), une fois une femme avec un accent non anglophone m'as dit que c'était pour la Fondation du Foie??? Même si j'ai dis non, il rappelle encore. Et toujours, ce silence. Je ne répond même plus quand je vois ce numéro sur l'afficheur. Ils ont téléphoné hier et aujourd'hui.

Damn right! I agree on the privacy issue. They called me and asked if i wanted to donate and the lady could barely speak english! She clearly did not understand when I told her I wasn't interested! I hung up. I'm also fed up with all the charity scams. I have enough to pay! leave it to the rich and powerful to contribute for once. And btw, thanx so much for the number, I rushed to get my number removed. Have a nice day!!

They call me at 9:26 pm and there was nobody to speak to me...it was the silence.

I have a lot of call from this number but nowone speak also when I take the call. I want know who call melike this for nothing.

Called to day 10:32 no message lastime called advised them no donations, they have called on the 11 feb, 12 jun, 16 jun, 08 oct   2009 08Feb and again to day.....Don't call any more, spoke to a real person....

Hi. They called today at 7:12PM.

The person on the phone was talking to my mom.  My mom doesn't know English so she gave the phone to me.

I was asking them what they wanted- or why they were calling.

It was a man's voice and he replied, "Hello.  May I speak to your mom or dad?"

And I was like, "My mom doesn't know English."

And he hung up on me.

they called me and left no message--no idea who it is

Its the Canadian Liver Foundation, or so they say.  They don't take NO for an answer and won't stop talking.  
I told them to send me something in the mail because I will NEVER give credit card info over the phone to an unidentified caller.

have been getting calls at all times of day from this number . . . but we never pick up if we don't know the caller or there's no caller ID . . .

Called today at 12:55. As it said "UNKNOWN NAME", I didn't bother to answer it. No message left.

Hello, did any of you read the fine print for the "DO NOT CALL LIST"  Charities or companies calling on behalf of charities are exempted from the do not call list.  You have to request that they take your number off the list.  It is the same for the US and Canada DO NOT CALL LIST.

For both US and Canada, the Do Not Call Lists there are exceptions.   The DO NOT CALL LIST is a joke.  People hear "DO NOT CALL LIST" and think woohoo.  Now can anyone actually point to any company that has been fined for not following the Do Not Call List?
