This is first collection inc. aka fci.  They like to leave a message acting like they are your best friends, trying to catch up to you.  As in like old times or something.  They also like to use their and or their employee's cell phones and call ya to talk about a past bill you may happen to owe.

Yes people they are bottom feeders when it comes to collection companies and think they have the "powers at be" to make your life hell.  You can tell them to stop calling you, you can even send them a "cease and desist order" but they yet fail to comply.  They like to play games and act like they never received anything until you show your copy to the FTC and then it will be office error.  Oh by the way, most of their employees are college students.  Kids that have no life experience and act like they own you.  So there you be, if you receive calls from them I suggest you tell them to stop calling, send them their order stating them that and soon afterwards report them to the FTC, and North Dakota Attorny General's Office for harassment and bad collection practice.


Don't waste your time with them.  They are not worth it.
